Wendy's — Restaurant in Fort Collins

They're not just an amazing Twitter account folks! Though, if you haven't followed their Twitter, go do that and then come back to this review, I'll wait.

The thing about fast food burgers is that, well, they're terrible. They're greasy yet dry. The toppings are obviously from whomever got kicked out of the group that sells the tasteful stuff. There is always too much ketchup (ok, full disclosure, I think any ketchup is too much on a burger).

None of this is so with Wendy's. The food is always of an excellent quality. The fries taste like actual potatoes were used in their creation as opposed to just solidified soybean oil and salt. Really, my only food complaint is that the buns are kind of just there and mediocre. The breading they provide can distract from the burger in its bland nature, but it's not much and so it's not a big complaint.

I don’t know what is going on in this Wendy’s or who is managing but they’re doing a horrible job! 1st time here I heard yelling or fighting over the intercom 2nd time rude and dismissive service, I’ve been by 3x this week it’s convinient and close to my job but the person who took my order in the drive through is so pushy and rude sounds like they shouldn’t. Be working with customers service at all! The only reason why my rating here is higher than it should is due to the guy who took my payment at 1st window who greeted me with a big smile and great energy and asked how my day was going I told him I wasn’t pleased with the service and was very apologetic about the way I was treated even though he wasn’t the one who took my order most definetly made my trip here better because I was ready to just drive off after the 3rd time interaction with who ever is taking orders at drive through!! Somebody give him a raise and maybe even promote him I think his name is...

Order was taking forever, so I cancelled my order and walked out. Also, the kid with the curly hair at the front counter was rude and unprofessional! When I asked him about an update on my order, he just shrugged and said, "Sorry, dude! It's gonna be a while. We're all backed up!" This, after I'd been waiting 10 minutes without any explanation. Also, he put down another customer's drink on a tray and the lid popped off spilling a third of the drink. He didn't refill the drink. Instead, he just put the lid back on the cup and then proceeded to plunk down a sandwich and fries on a tray that was a soaking mess and served it to a customer. This and very low concern for my time convinced me to turn around and take my business elsewhere. Also, upon entry, I noticed the front area of the restaurant smelled like garbage or raw sewage. If you have to eat Wendys food, do it at another location in Fort Collins. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT...
