Left house in cold wea For your coupon and was told it cannot be accepted because the owner wants to make sure employees are not stealing and various other reasons. Takes forever and always almost does not listen to order gets wrong ect and was not nice about it. I am on a budget so I left. Why would you put out a coupon to bring new customers in and then not accept it when they get there then have them leave make no money instead of making half the money that you would have on the drinks that you already made. I will not be coming back to this location at all I mean, seriously it was also embarrassing because I was trying to bring my kid. I only have half this amount of money in my budget and your coupon says that I can have this deal and I followed all of the instructions on the coupon only to find that no you’re not gonna take the coupon. People should not have to call ahead of time to make sure you take a coupon that you put out to get...

Went there today and got my usual drinks one coffee fireside and a beach bum add vanilla and splash of cream a 24 oz which is about 7 to 8 dollars for that drink with all the add ons. The coffee drink was perfect nothing wrong with that but the beach bum was bad it was separating a lot meaning they just put to much creamer in it that’s why I always indicate over the mic to only put a splash of cream. Had to drop of my roommate then I came back to discuss what to do about it I just requested a refund. Which I think is complete scam it was a 8$ drink and I only get 3$ back like really what is this. Took time to drive back was nice to the lady just explained I didn’t want it even had her throw it away, so they didn’t think I was the only trying to scam them. I come here everyday have been for months this makes me not wanna come back like ever if I know u guys are stealing money...

It was a huge mistake to order the waffle/sausage/egg sandwich. That thing is so delicious that now I want another one. The server, Meghan, was just the best. Great gal.

Just went back to this Ziggi's and Kenzie went out of her way to make my order happen. This made my day!
