Me and my friends went to celebrate finals and we were not greeted. We were sat and left at the booth and 4 minutes later Laura came for our drinks, we both wanted appetizers and my friend caught Laura before she left but she didn’t stay around too long. When she came back with the drinks I asked about ordering an appetizer and in front of me and my friend Laura let out a big sigh and rolled her eyes. The last of the 3 of us showed up with her baby and Laura came to put in her drink order and after that we put in our lunch order. She was very rude and kept giving us dirty looks from time to time. We all ordered burgers 1 regular and 2 breakfast, we were not asked how we wanted our burgers or eggs cooked which was abnormal from a usual restaurant experience. 20 minutes later our food came out along with all of our checks at once. There were only two servers when we got there at about 11:20 and one came in around noon. There were only 6 tables total sat and waiting before hand. It seemed like there was a lot of tension between the two servers and other staff while we were there. She seemed annoyed that we were there and was especially giving the baby we came with dirty looks. We were not giving a chance to ask for things and in addition while serving she was leaning into our friend making her very uncomfortable. While checking out another table the two servers Laura and someone else seemed to be unorganized with who was checking out the people at the front and they looked frustrated. Laura had “service leader” on her uniform and we felt uncomfortable informing any of the waitstaff about our experience. As we were leaving we she was carrying out food against her body with the food touching her uniform. We felt stereotyped from the beginning of our service to the end with two teens and a teen mom. We ended up tipping 10% because she treated other patrons with kindness and fun attitude around us and we ended up getting the short end...
Read moreThe night (blond/older) server - August 9 & 10, 2025 has been COMPLETELY ridiculous and disrespectful!!! Tonight the 10th, I came in after my 14 hour shift and she asked “who do u have” and I replied confused but polite “what?” And she responded in an aggressive and disrespectful tone. “I THOUGHT YOU WERE A DOOR DASHER! NO NEED TO BE RUDE!! In front of other customers…. I decided to just leave. On the 9th, she was very rude as well! I came in to make a to go order, she gasped & found it inconvenient that i asked “can I please have a menu” THEN . I heard her FROM THE SEATING AREA!!! Complain to the kitchen. Which resulted in BAD FOOD . I assumed she was having a bad night. I didn’t want to complain…. BUT SAYING I WAS BEING RUDE BECAUSE I CONFUSEDLY SAID “what” to her blunt question… She is just wanting to be mean… or maybe she isn’t meant for customer service… so much for eating here after work… i never had a problem with anybody here except her… I’m disappointed, if she’s working… I’m leaving. Anybody els, I’ll...
Read moreWent there for a nice quiet meal on Thanksgiving with my wife. Of course it was crowded as can be expected on a holiday. I was expecting my meal to take longer than usual, which it did. It took about an hour for us to get our food, which I'm not upset about.
What I did notice however; I saw others coming in after us and they got their food before us. I saw one group of four actually get their food, finish their meal, and even leave before we got our meal.
When we did get our food, I had to ask for a fork. The appetizer which normally comes before the meal didn't show up until we got our main course which was a steak skillet. It tasted great, no complaints there.
Other than these things, the customer service was great. The staff was friendly and we only had to wait to be seated for about ten minutes. Which is pretty good considering it was Thanksgiving day.
All in all, I'd say that it was an ok experience. Enough for me to want to come back, but not...
