Stella's Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Fort Dodge

Was in town with my sister for work and we stopped at Stella's Coffee Bar on the way out of town. It was a cute space, we loved that there were items to browse while we waited for our orders. There were several things I would have purchased had I browsed before ordering. When stopping in, make sure you have a few minutes to look around, there are so many great gift ideas!

The only reason I did not give 5 starts was a medium latte and acai bowl came out to $26+ (with tip). Now the latte was amazing, any time I have the chance to get a Lavender Honey Almond Milk Latte, I can't pass it up.

The acai bowl however; was where I was disappointed. We got a whole lot of acai, almost more than we wanted. With that came a small amount of granola and drizzled peanut butter. I was expecting a little better balance between the two. You can see in my photo that the bowl was half full of acai and I would assume maybe 1/4 cup of granola.

A similar size bowl from Big Acai, which we frequent, would be between $10-12, the bowl we got was $14 and had less toppings. The latte came out had to have been $8-10. I’m from out of state, driving through town, looking for some good coffee and a bite to eat. I stumbled upon Stella’s Coffee Bar and decided to give it a try. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad wrap and their iced honeybee latte, and let me tell you, both were absolutely delicious. The wrap was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. The iced honeybee latte was the perfect balance of sweet and smooth. Honestly, one of the best lattes I’ve ever had.

What really stood out, though, was the service. I was traveling with my service dog, and the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable, which meant a lot. It’s rare to find a place that’s not only pet-friendly but also genuinely accommodating. I didn’t leave a single crumb behind, everything was that good.

Try to leave without a smily on your face when stopping here - I bet you can’t do it! Let me start by saying that my family couldn’t decide what to eat, so we ended up ordering a variety of different items and they all were phenomenal. My favorite items were the avocado toast and the beet salad. The kiddos loved the lemonade and açaí bowls. Everything was prepared quickly enough that we didn’t even have time to finish shopping all of the great items before everything was ready.
