Crumbl — Restaurant in Fort Gratiot Charter Township

First off, I rarely, basically never write reviews, but this one deserves ALL of the hype! After ordering on the app, and having my DoorDash driver steal my order (annoying!) and not receiving any help from DoorDash, I called back to the store and let me say, 10000/10 customer service!! I spoke with Allie over the phone who was super helpful and also very apologetic (which it was never their fault to begin with!). They offered to deliver my order themselves, shout out to the driver, Hayden! She was an absolute angel, so incredibly sweet, so apologetic and understanding. I cannot rave enough about these wonderful ladies and the rest of the staff at Crumbl! My experience has been nothing but incredible and I am so very grateful for everything! Updated review 06/09/2025: I decided to get the French toast cookie since it was available and one of my favorites. Like I said in my previous review this location is not consistent with how they bake these cookies. Every time they have this specific cookie I hate it. I’ve tried it at other locations and it’s AMAZING. Unfortunately this location cannot get it right.

The store is clean, they always have cookies available and the employees are nice. The only downside is that sometimes the cookies taste off. There are some flavors that I’ve tried in the past and when they are available at this location they don’t taste the same. Other than that...

Pre-ordered online for my daughter after being told "call ahead" without paying first was not an option...no big deal however I was guaranteed a time for pick up after ordering and paying online just to get to the store walk in 60$ later and not even one of the 9 workers acknowledged me at all...as I waited I thought how horrible it was I felt as though I was invisible or something...needless to say about 10 min after my promised time a random lady came out front the back carrying my order just stating my name with a head shake and that was it. I mean I guess thank you but I will never do...
