Finger Lickin' Frustration: A KFC Kraft Road Fiasco My KFC craving on Kraft Road in Port Huron turned into a finger lickin' frustration faster than you can say "greasy fingers." Let's unpack the KFC fail symphony:

Slothy Speed: My order took longer than a Colonel's retirement nap. While I get things get busy, waiting an eternity for mediocre chicken felt like watching paint dry (with the paint perpetually stuck in the bucket).

Missing Mastermind: When I finally snagged my order, it was like playing chicken roulette. My fries, the crispy counterpoint to the Colonel's clucking goodness, were MIA. Only half the promised spud squad made it, leaving me feeling like a peckish pirate shorted on booty.

Caring Calamity: Tossing out my "where are my fries?!" plea was met with shrugs and blank stares. Apparently, at this KFC, customer satisfaction is as scarce as gravy packets. No apologies, no explanations, just a cold shoulder colder than Colonel Sanders' post-mortem chill.

Decent little restaurant. Decent amount of seating. The fish is good but, as mentioned in another review, it is extremely greasy. The staff were very friendly with us and the food was good. I did note some health and safety concerns. A couple of potato wedges were on the counter, outside of the bin where the staff prepares meals. The lady making the food cleaned up the area by pushing them onto the floor right behind where another staff member was taking orders. I'm sure she did it as they would be swept away shortly but it makes for a slip and fall hazard. There's also a door that staff doesn't seem to shut that they nearly ran into a few times in the kitchen. There's little room to get around it so they kept having to adjust it's position to get around. None of these issues had any impact on guests but employee safety is...

If you like kfc and long John silver's, this is the combo you've been waiting for. This is usually the place I got with my wife when she's really wanting fish and I'd prefer chicken, the one minus star was for today, we got there at about 8:30, with two people ahead of me who where waiting, come to find out they ran out of basically everything cooked. We did get warned that there would be a wait, but it seemed weird that they ran out of cooked food 2 hours before closing, but I also don't know what happened right before we got there. Another part of why I'm kinda removing a star had nothing to do with this location, only for the fact that kfc no longer has potato wedges and I miss them.
