Burger King — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

There are typically two ladies that work here in the morning. They are horrible. Customer service is not a concept they even begin to understand. Whoever does the orders is seldom understandable. This place is bad enough that I will find somewhere else to go. A simple example, just to get to the speaker to order took 15 minutes. There were 3 cars total. They answer "Burger King" that's it. Gave them my order #1 with Orange Juice. Long pause, long pause, long pause whatever the amount is was said. I pull up. They stare. Not a hello or anything. So I stare back. They give me the total, I hand them my card. They walk away. The black shirt lady comes back... "Here" hands me my card and receipt. Walks away. Comes back with a bag sticks it out the window, nothing said. I take the bag. Silence. She walks away. Two minutes later she looks back. "Why you here?" I say my Orange Juice. "Oh" she walks away. Comes back with the OJ. "Here". I take it and leave. Where are the basic pleasantries, customer service, quality of service. To insult to injury... the order was...

This burger King location is consistently the absolute worst burger King I have ever been to in my life. I used to love Burger King, now I am completely done. Last 4 trips here have been disgusting. Today it was completely inedible. I spit out my chicken and left.

Burger King should not employ people who are totally incompetent. Today my chicken was literally like rubber. My teeth bounced off and the whole breading just peeled off it. It's rancid. I'm pissed. This location is such trash that if they had a free food giveaway I would not even consider accepting it for my dog.

You all have no standards and if I find time I'm calling the health inspector because you are filthy. It's really appaling how gross it is in there.

Keep in mind, I eat at and enjoy other burger King locations. You all...

I literally just left there, didn't buy anything. Funny thing is ,as I searched this BK , there is a 1 star review 7 mins before this one and I'm sure it was one of the other customers in line either in front or behind in drive thru. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRE THEM ALL . The lady started my order then as I'm speaking she's having another convo with someone else inside and cuts me off. I wait and no response until I ask if she got my order which she didn't - started to order again samething. I drove off.. Thankfully the only good thing about location is they have a lane to go around instead of waiting for cars infront me. That was honestly the only convenience I had -was a clear lane to drive off.. FIRE THEM ALL. WILL NEVER SPEND 1...
