Dunkin Donuts #353915
I came into this Dunkin donuts on Saturday June 12th 2021. And me and my kids ordered 3 avocado toast one with bacon, 2 caramelized crazed medium, 6 donuts, 5 bacon snacking, 5 Hash Browns, one English muffin with bacon eggs and cheese, 1 plain bagel with bacon egg and cheese And 2 small hot chocolates I inserted my card debit card and the cashier Yvette seemed like she was new because she did not know what she was doing. Yvette said it did not go through even though the receipt printed. Yvette made me insert my card again to charge me for the meal again, a second receipt printed. I thought it was strange being the fact that the receipt printed the 1st time Since there were so many people in line I went ahead and inserted my card again and please keep in mind a second receipt printed. As I was paying my bills as usual on June 16 Wednesday I noticed my charge for Dunkin donuts was there twice So I went to the establishment today Saturday which is June 19th and the manager there shanice I believe she said that was her name. She wasn't physically in the building I had to speak to her via Yvette cell phone said that it was impossible for the system to charge twice after I told her that I received two printed receipts. I even told her I called my bank and they said there was a double charge from Dunkin Donuts. I would've considered just getting my order today but they said they would have to charge me. Read morePrevious employee of this location, the staff isn't paid enough to work in such a run down untaken care of environment. In the time I worked there I found they had faulty equipment, rarely cleaned the high use machines and leave most or all work for night shift to do. Morning shift comes in dirties everything doesn't restock and then leaves exactly at the time they are scheduled to when the next shift comes in but night crew is expected to stay until the store is entirely scrubbed down Meanwhile management is too concerned with the 1min 50second average time we are supposed to keep on EVERY. SINGLE. ORDER. It doesn't matter if it's only 2 people in the store working and there are lines out the door and the drive way is full. It's a ridiculous endeavor and I feel bad for the employees that have to suffer like I did. 11$ an hour is not a living wage and to have people with children have to figure out how they are going to make it paycheck to paycheck is disgusting. I hope to God Corporate sees this so I can tell them more about my time with Dunkin'. P.S. don't bother contacting the listed store number they disconnected it so no complaints can go directly...
Read moreFood• Food is prepared sloppy and not fixed how you tell them to prepare it. Food is over cooked, (burnt). black is over the corresant and hash browns.
Drinks • Drinks are not prepared like how you tell them to prepare it. Coffee may taste to sweet or to bitter. Other drinks like refreshers maybe bitter.
Service• Bad costumer service, they don't take the order responsibly, you can tell them to add something else on your order, but you ain't gonna get it. You ask them if they have a certain item. They would like to lie to you and say don't have. When it's early in the morning, and restaurant open 1-2 hours ago. And if they miss a item your ordered for. Instead of just giving it free. They would love to charge individuals, for the mistake they made.
Atmosphere • The atmosphere around here is not pleasant, you have individuals come here to sleep inside the restaurant half of the morning. And individuals coming inside asking for free meals, and individuals stealing drinks out of the refrigerator they keep bottled sodas and other...
