Called about soup to order and they yelled at me!!!! RUDE! Horrible staff screaming at me because I call and ask if there is soup before I place the order. Without Customers you have nothing,don't forget that!!! Owner and staff ungrateful and lack appreciation for customers calling to order food! RUDE! RUDE! Do not order from them, not deserving when there are other vegan restaurants that embrace the vegan culture. Shame on them! Complete lack of any type of service. DO NOT ORDER,they hurt you by yelling at you instead of embracing the fact that someone has enough sense to call to place an order. How else should it be done???? Why not say thank you....make a little laugh how they are always out of soup, instead they choose to play it with aggression instead of passion. Like it was bothering them that someone was calling to order, I don't even understand their shameful attitude. Talking over me, yelling, screaming, all because I call to see if soup is available, what do you expect, to say your trying "to figure out why I call" and getting annoyed! RUDE! They do NOT appreciate thier customers, go to other better tasting Vegan spots! Harrassing me, getting mad , annoyed, and yelling at me on the phone because I call for soup??????? arent you a restaurant that has soup on the menu, so confused at their decision to be nasty instead of nice. I have a host of auto immune issues. On paper I have three. I have been taking meds since 2017. My blood results always fluctuated. I went to Earth Goddess Between October of 2022 to January of 2023. During this time I spoke with the Master Herbalist about herbs and diet a lot( This was my research period there) . I was so burned out on info to help my self and looking for something to help finally and accurately. But I was also skeptical because so much hasn’t worked ( The Four medications the Dr. had me on) . After purchasing a package the Master Herbalist (Israel- this is her name) put together for me ( I took the package herbs for 60 days). I had to take a blood level test to determine where my liver enzyme levels and other levels were currently at. This was the first time I had seen all of my levels balancing ( Treading is the word the Dr. used). I felt great, I look great and I have been on them and changing my diet ever since. I know that there is a lot of skepticism on a lot of things in the world of health right now. But the food I have been purchasing from this store ( Gramps is the Chef extraordinaire) and the herbs have helped me to gain control over my sicknesses and over all health. My only regret is not going there sooner. To the owners and staff of Earth Goddess Thank You and my your bread basket...

Now this was an unexpected experience. I am from New York and went on a trip to Florida. Popped in this shop to just get a smoothie with both my sisters and I was left fulfilled in so many ways.

1- They have multiple selections of smoothies, juices, food, wraps, sides, soups you name it. I ordered the Jamaican crazy and my sisters ordered the vegetable/fruit smoothie and a compressed Irish moss. Yum Yum allll depending on preference. I actually drank my whole drink while in the shop. I attached the menu sorry for how small it is.

2- Herbalist Israel is also at the location and she will recommend natural herbs for anything you got going on. Whether your anemic, have acne, need something for energy or pain or whatever medical complications you have and you need something natural she got it.

3- Communication , professionalism and friendliness of Israel & Gramps is out of this world. I would have stayed in that shop forever because they made me feel so comfortable.
