Ahkeem Nelson (122) is the worst employee to talk to customers. Maybe where he’s coming from that how they talk to customers but that’s not how it needs to be.
I’ve seen this guy twice we had an argument twice. And I come to this store at least once a week and nothing but smiles and respect by all the other employees.
Two incidents with this guy: Two months ago I walk in and there is a customer inside by the front door on her phone looking at something. I approached the register and said hi sir can I please get so and so item. The guy Ahkeem looks past me like I’m invisible and says miss are you ready to order. To which I asked am I invisible and he started giving me an attitude.
He NEED to be send to training how to talk to people and say I’m sorry sir the customer behind you was here first do you mind if I take her order first. Nothing like that happened because he doesn’t posses those skills unfortunately.
Second incident Oct 12th 7:48pm I placed an order online and I received a call a minute later saying Is this so and so to which I responded you need to start again and say good evening my name is so and so I’m calling from so and so place trying to reach (my name) he responded with what and that huffing and puffing off the phone before he got back on it asking again if it’s me on the phone. I said again I don’t know who the f is calling me so maybe I am who you’re looking for maybe I’m not. He was calling to tell me the over was off at 7:48 but they are open till 9 go figure why is that the case.
I ended up walking into the store and he immediately said I remember you last time we got into it as well and I asked him I wonder why is that. Why do I have a problem with you the two times I interact with you but never had an issue before.
He continued to make excuses how “Hi is this (my name)” is the proper greeting when calling from a place of business while you’re representing Jimmy John’s. Overall -10 out of possible 10 is my experience with this guy. I will not be coming here again unfortunately because I don’t need to feel disrespected twice by the same guy. The first time I walked in the next day to complain about him but he’s still here.
I like one of the ladies and sometimes I take my kids to see her. She’s super nice. Also the lady with braces always smiles always greets me. Everyone except this guy.

Read moreI just had the worst experience ever. My daughter and I came to Jimmy John’s to get a lettuce, tuna wrap unfortunately it wasn’t prepared properly. After several attempts I had to experience the owner expressing out loud with a line full of customers that he’s wasting his food that we should know what we want to order, but we explain what we wanted to order several times. He was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He finally took the order back to exchange and attempted to remove the items off and give me back the food and I stated I did not want the same lettuce wrap. He proceeded to be confrontational with me, and I explained to him that I don’t wish to be combative. I wouldn’t want anyone to go to this location because I wouldn’t want them to experience the...
Read moreStaff needs to be better trained on zoning for their stores. I called this location, plus 2 others, in hopes of finding the JJ closest to me, and no one could give me an exact store that covered my address. The legitimate answer of the JJ employee was " I don't know what store covers your area but it isn't us, good luck" and this exact conversation happened 2 other ttime prior to this one. This store is 1 mile from my apartment, the other 2 were the same. It gets confusing for the customer when you're less than a 5 minute drive away and you don't cover my area and then can't direct me to a closer store....with so many stores within proximity the staff should be knowledgeable of what store covers what area...especially the person taking the...
