McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!! I will NEVER visit this location in my again. Other than the fact that it takes this location 20 minutes to make a simple (cold) order of two 10 pc nuggets and 2 lrg fries. The customer service is atrocious!! While placing my order I was scolded for ordering two 10 pieces instead of a 20 piece.... It is for two separate people hence my ordering two of them but then they completely left the 2 fries off of my order. Once I realized that the price didn't sound right I looked at the receipt and realized that I had not been charged for the fries I ordered. I could not get the attention of the person in the back window so I proceeded to the next one where I very politely apologized for the inconvenience although it was not my fault that the order was not listened to the first time.... I was immediately given a nasty look, got eyes rolled at me and then was deliberately given over 3 dollars in change when I went to pay for what they left off the order. Yet still I remained polite until I hear them inside the building talking about the person in the window being too stupid to order their food right at the back window. This is 100% unacceptable! I had been nothing but nice through all of the errors on their end and then for them to be talking about me while I'm in the window waiting and watching a roach crawl across the inside window panel, I was handed cold food along with another eye roll and nasty attitude. I calmly explained that, while rolling her eyes at me , I will be contacting her manager and corporate office due to the utter lack of professionalism and courtesy. After being completely disgusted by the roach walking their countertops and windows this food was immediately trashed and I will be contacting corporate office immediately after this review. I knew better than to come to that location because this is not the only time that the staff has fallen incredibly short but that typically they don't deliver great food quality either but still I went thinking that i would just visit the location closest to my home because my partner is ill and I was trying to make the trip as quickly as I could yet It would have gone faster had I gone to the location a little further away. I was at the location a total of 23 Minutes because apparently the staff there has no interest nor take any pride in their job. I will not make the mistake again and especially after seeing roaches I am utterly over this location. If I could give 0 stars I would without the slightest hesitation. My advice to anyone looking to visit McDonald's.. pass this one and go to the next location because I promise you that any kind of service, anywhere else, will be 10 million times...

It is worst McDs I have ever been to. I live less than a mile from there and frequent it often. I have discovered, until today, to get the most accurate order is go in and order from the kiosk. Today the place was busy at lunch. I ordered $40 worth of food. For that price I can go to Olive Garden and get a much better meal I had ordered a double cheeseburger with extra cheese, extra onion and NO pickles. Below is what I got. I am allergic to pickles plus can't stand them so one burger wasted. Ordered a bacon chicken ranch with extra ranch. None on it. so dry I could not eat it. A chocolate shake, machine not working. So asked for an extra large coke. The manager could not understand I had 4 drinks with the shake she kept arguing that I had my 3 drinks. Finally she yanked the bag out of my hand where the receipt was attached and saw a smoothie, coke, diet coke and the shake so she marched over and got the extra coke It took over 25 minutes to get my meal. Totally unacceptable. I have 3 other stores in the area a little farther away. I will be driving to one of those from now on. The former manager who got promoted is a friend of mine. This NEVER happened when he ran it. There needs to be a good cleaning starting from the top down. $40 and I got S#@t for food. Never again. The place was filthy also.

This McDs was recently renovated. They really care about customer service. Now they walled off the order area so they can hide behind it. Good luck ordering if the kiosk is down or you need something like a straw. I thought since they remodeled I would give them another chance. It is so drab, sterile but not. I mean that in decor. Who did the interior decorating. Awful!! The menu board was not working. The kiosk still does not print receipts. The people have no customer service skills if you can get them out to the register. The sad part is the other McDs on north Federal is designed the same also. Time to explore other restaurants. McaDs is permanently scratched from my list. Sad to see them go. It will not be long. With the new design business will...

It was one of the worst experiences honestly. Although, I have frequented this McD for a long while, nothing prepared me for what took place this evening. Although, having the kiosk was a nice touch, I can assure you that the staff was less than desirable. From being chastised for using the kiosk, to the children turning tables and generally being abundantly worse than the counter part chasing them, I have never really felt awkward or in confused here. However all that would change after placing my [how did she put it], --my, "B-S Robot order from out there with, "those people". Name calling and general twists of the word, in part of my sexuality, never pose a threat for me- it's just sort of a "water off a ducks back" point of view. But, for the first time in my adult life I was called the "Gay N,-Word" and after several attempts to just retrieve my order and leave without much thought into "someone is having a not so good day", my food ended up incorrect, it was sling onto the counter and all the while, the children running pandemonium inside, were given even more sugared gasoline to amp up the now, climbing on everything lifestyle. After being ran into, I began for the door when the lady behind the counter (25 mins later) said, "you need to watch where the F you are going l, when people trying to eat up in the joint cuz". Flabbergasted, I let my own laughter take the front seat as I shook my head. She then flipped me off and said something's, I left and returned to my car...... This was absolutely, unfair, unkept and mildly disruptive, in order for me to speak out and up about this. If there is a way, a person, a brand ambassador that I could speak to, this would be much appreciated. #StillUnreal #CalledTheGayNWord and surprisingly was treat like common gutter trash, over 4.68$. Completely unsafe and I would recommend and shut down and overhaul of your entire evening staff from...
