Just stopped at that mcdonald. The employees are so rude even the manager. That is not the first time that happened. The first time i stepped in,I ordered a shake. A spanish manager were making the orders. He gave me the shake, but put more cream than the shake. Nicely, I told the cashier to give me an other shake because i dnt want the cream. The cashier went to the spanish man telling him to make an other one without cream. He acted I was invisible and started to speak spanish on me like i should take whatever they gave me. Today on my way to work. I stepped in the same mcdonald. First i went to the drive thru. Nicely,i greet the employee and asked ger if the shake machine is working. She said yes. As she said yes, i started to make my order. Thats when she told me it is not working. With my nicely tone, I told her that she just said the machine is working. She replied to me with some tone: "I didnt tell you the machine is working. I said excuse me." To avoid any conflict, I just drove away. After 3 mns, i made a U turn and parked my car to make my order inside. When i went inside, i asked the cashier the same question: if the shake machine is working,he said Yes. I put my order. A spanish lady very rude served me with a shake less than what i usually get in the cup, dropped my bag on the counter and jumped already in another order without telling me if i need something else. The worst part is, she saw me standing at the counter waiting for her. She acted like she doesnt see me. I feel like if you are not spanish at that mcdonald, you are goingto receive abad...
Read moreI am a nurse and just visited this location with another nurse friend of mine to receive our free “thank you” meal for our service on the frontlines of the pandemic. When we mentioned we were healthcare workers at the order callbox the voice on the other end was harsh and we immediately felt unwelcome by her tone. She made sure to point out that our options were limited and “you can only get a small fry”. When we got to the window my friend showed her badge and I presented my nursing license along with my ID. The manager Julio told us this was not acceptable and they would not be giving me a free meal. I tried to explain to him that this is a valid nursing license and is public record in case he wanted to look it up and that I do not have a badge. He would not even look at it. This is terrible business and a terrible way to treat the guests you have invited to your facility, especially considering it was a special invitation to reward first responders. I left disheartened, burger-less,and honestly quite hangry. When I asked the manager for his name (Julio) and told him (respectfully) I would be reaching out to corporate about the situation he told me, “go ahead, I’ll start looking for a new job”. At least my friend received her free meal, even though her only request to hold the mustard...
Read morei really love the food at this mcdonald’s, it’s the only mcdonald’s near here that never fails to have fresh fries or nuggets or anything. fries have always been amazing, chicken nuggets have always been fresh, i’ve never had an issue with the food; however, customer service is a whole different issue. they constantly mix up orders, both on uber eats and in the drive thru, the staff can either be super friendly or absolutely horrible. they forgot an item on my uber eats order and since we life about 3 minutes away my boyfriend decided to just go back there and ask for the missing item, when he explained the situation the staff forgot to turn their mics off and my boyfriend heard them swear under the breath at him, saying how ridiculous it was to just come back for the missing item, which was highly unprofessional. they tend to have an attitude a lot of the time. the only reason i come here is because i trust the food more than any other mcdonald’s, but the staff definitely needs to learn how to be...
