I never had a problem with Starbucks until I came to this one absolutely terrible I came through drive-thru I order a large caramel macchiato iced coffee and then I order a caramel regular coffee they gave me two hot some food and close the window rudely I came inside to let them know they gave me the wrong food and the wrong drinks The manager came to help me and fix the problem but then I said to the manager I need almond milk because I'm lactose intolerant he said sure no problem gave me my coffee with regular milk I then had the most worst upset stomach all day at work had to go home called the store manager say he apologized and he will replace it came to the store to get it replaced manager was not there like you said he was going to be another rude worker saying she don't know anything about it she's going to call him The manager told her to give me a small drink only I presented my receipt and I asked her to send the receipt to him he said to her with the phone on speaker I don't have time for it give her a small drink or tell her to leave I tried to call corporate nothing so yeah this is one of those type of places where you're not going to get what you're paying for but you're going to get a nasty attitude and a lying manager but things like this happen when you put a restaurant in a low income area you get low income workers with no respect for others. I should have contacted attorney to meet it seems as if he was trying...
Read moreThis Starbucks has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I placed an order for a drink to be picked up at this location. I had a short window of time in which I could pick up the order and head back to work. I was told that the order would be ready by a specific time. When I arrived after that time, the barista told me that she had no order under my name. I told her that I didn’t understand that given that their store is the one who told me when to pick up the order. The barista shrugged & said that maybe the order just “hasn’t come through yet.” She made no attempt to try to locate my order and was nonchalant about the whole thing.
At that point, I explained to her that I had to rush back to work and asked if I could show her the order so she could make it for me (given I already paid). The barista then told me that there are several other people who placed pickup orders before me so she would not be able to make the drink and I would just have to wait until the order came up on their end. At this point, I started to think I would just have to cancel the order/leave the drink so that I wasn’t late to work. But then another barista, who was standing in the background, saw what was going on and then walked over and asked me what did I order. I understand that the store may be busy fulfilling multiple orders. But there is also something to be said about taking into account your customers’ needs and showing...
Read moreI drove (1 hour and 20 minutes) from Homestead, Florida due to work. When I arrive at Starbucks located at 2980 W Broward Blvd Fort Lauderdale to use the restroom, wash my hands, freshen up and order my pike roast along with my double smoked sandwich. I really looked forward to make my purchase, sit and meditate and drink that delicious coffee. But a young kid (employee) tells me, “you have to order something in order to use the bathroom. It’s policy.” ¡Unbelievable! I asked the kid, “You do realize what you’re saying right? He responded, “Yes I do.” I asked for the manager, and the manager made things worst. Her name is Alesha Walker. She has very poor deescalating skills. She repeatedly stuck with the “It is a store policy. And if you want to use the restroom, you have to buy something!” It is so sad to have managers in the forefront of any business who have no understanding and compassion due to “store policies” of customer’s needs. How sad it is, to show no flexibility to the needs of your customers who actually do buy your products. Shame on Starbucks due to their policies. And shame on Alesha Walker who is on the forefront of customer service and couldn’t differentiate a customer’s need. It takes years to build a customers trust, and seconds to destroy it! Do not come here if you don’t want to be...
