Perfection of beauty hair gallery — Local services in Lauderhill

I really wanted to try the Perfection of Beauty experience if I was given a chance. I booked an appointment for a Monday, but unbeknownst to me, the salon is closed on Mondays. The booking site accepted my booking and collected a down payment of 50% of the service I was going to get. Later on the same day, I received news that there was a family emergency and I needed to jump on the next available international flight to my family. I cancelled the hair booking because the default opening was for the following day, which would have been a day after I left. I called Wilma and explained that I booked my appointment for Monday, but the system defaulted to a future date, which I was not going to make. She said that she was going to check something and call me back, but she never did. I emailed her asking if she could put me down for a date that I will be back in town and use the 50% that was taken from my account as down payment for the new booking, but up to now, I haven’t heard anything. I checked the booking site and there’s no appointment for me. Even though I canceled the appointment too close to the time, I explained my situation and I expected a fellow human being to show empathy. I have filed a claim with my bank against the booking system and I hope they will revise their terms and conditions to waive the penalty when there is a valid reason to cancel. I must say that I’ve experience quite a few hair salons. However, nothing like Perfection Of Beauty. Wilma was my stylist who exceeded my expectations. She treated and style my natural hair and also provided me with educational information on taking better care of my natural hair.

My friend recommended me which was my first time at the salon. When I walk in the door I felt so welcome and honor (It felt like I was apart of a family). Very professional!

The staff here is so friendly and skilled. They accept walk ins but you will get faster service if you make an appointment. The establishment has a very professional appeal to it and the decor is very classy. I will always be a returning client.
