When my son first recommended this restaurant to me, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’ve tried plenty of Asian restaurants before, but most of them fall into the same predictable pattern—good food but nothing that really stands out. I’ll be honest, I didn’t think much of his suggestion at first. But let me just say this: after my very first visit here, I am completely hooked. This restaurant has managed to capture not only my appetite, but also my genuine admiration. It’s not every day that I come across a place where the food, the atmosphere, and the service all align in such a perfect way.
The first thing that impressed me is the experience of having the food cooked right in front of you. It’s one thing to be served a plate of good food; it’s another to watch the artistry, skill, and confidence of chefs who truly know what they’re doing. There’s a sense of theater to it, but it’s not gimmicky at all—it’s authentic. You can see the fresh ingredients sizzling, hear the rhythmic sounds of knives chopping, and smell the aroma of spices filling the air before the plate even hits the table. That experience alone would have been enough to win me over, but what took it to another level was the taste itself.
Every dish I tried tasted like it was prepared with care, not rushed, and definitely not generic. I could tell right away that the recipes had depth and authenticity to them. The flavors are bold, balanced, and layered in a way that tells me the chefs don’t just cook—they craft. Each bite feels intentional, like they thought through exactly how the flavors would unfold. And let me tell you, it is so refreshing to eat food that doesn’t just taste good, but feels genuine. It reminded me of why I enjoy trying new restaurants in the first place—because every now and then, you stumble across a hidden gem that feels like it belongs in its own league.
And then there’s the boba tea. I’ve had my fair share of bubble tea in other spots, but what they serve here is on another level. It’s not overly sweet like some places make it, and the tapioca pearls have the perfect chewy texture—soft but with just the right amount of bounce. It complements the meal in a way I didn’t even expect. I found myself sipping it slowly, savoring each taste, because it just felt like the perfect match for the food.
What also stands out is the atmosphere of the restaurant. It’s welcoming, lively, and vibrant without being overwhelming. There’s an energy to the place, and I think it’s partly because of how engaged the staff is. They treat you like more than just a table number—they treat you like a guest. The chefs are clearly proud of their work, and the servers are attentive without hovering. It’s a rare balance to strike, but they’ve nailed it.
I walked in the door because my son said, “Mom, you have to try this place.” I walked out of the door already planning my next visit. That’s how good it was. I can honestly say this is one of the best Asian restaurants I’ve ever been to, and it deserves every bit of the five stars I’m giving it. For real. If you’re looking for authentic, flavorful food, a fun dining experience, and something that will leave you telling your friends about it, this is the place. I came in as a skeptic, but now I’m a loyal...
Read moreI decided to check this place out because of a IG video I seen from a black content creator. Well I'm here to give a honest review because that content creator sold a dream.
The customer service is okay. When I initially walked up to place my order there was a Hispanic or Asian couldn't really tell due to his face being buried in his phone. I start telling him my order (the entire time his face is glued down to his phone), mid way through my order this black gentleman appears and kindly guided towards him so that I could place my order. After placing my order I literally whispered to my friend "that was so rude".
The food was average at best. It's typical mall food. You know every mall that has a food court has some sort of Asian spot. Same thing, no different. Chicken, beef or shrimp paired with low mein or rice. Typically sushi rolls. Nothing spectacular.
The price was great. You get a tons of food for a low price. So if you don't care for decent customer service and you're on a budget for lunch, this could be the...
Read moreFound this place from a food review video on instagram and it was underwhelming. The place was quite dirty on the inside. The grease buildup by the grill was obvious and the dining area looked messy and sticky. The tables were not wiped and the floor needed sweeping and moping. The portions were decent i got the teriyaki chicken with the noodles. There were way more noodles than chicken and even with the extra scoop of sauce the noodles were nothing impressive. My husband got the teriyaki chicken and rice and he said his rice also needed more sauce. Overall the actual chicken was tasty and that was the best part of the visit. The service was also good the cashier was nice and the cook was polite. I am not sure if i will come back but if you just want a quick meal this...
