Very friendly service both the human and the AI! The system uses a good AI to take your order, which works very well and I had some fun checking it's grasp of grammar and double negatives, which it handled perfectly. I asked about the chicken sandwiches and I asked "there's no bacon on that, right?" which responded "Yes". If I asked "is there bacon on that?", it says no. Unfortunately, the shake and smoothie machine was broken so I couldn't get a strawberry shake or a mango smoothie. The AI did not know the machine was down. And the person working there didn't have an easy way to inform the AI. The lady referred to the AI "I don't know why she keeps selling those!" which I thought was pretty cute. She works with this "female" voiced AI every day so it seems like a coworker. Interesting to see we are already living in a world where humans and AI work together. But the lady was super friendly and real, and I was glad to see a human take care of the order with such a great personality. The AI has a long way to go (no personality) but it is still very functional and takes away a lot of the repetitive interactions of taking the order and getting the details correct. The food was hot, crispy and delicious. Hopefully they can spend a little more research to invest in improving the reliability of the smoothie machine. If they can invent a robot to keep the machine clean and running well then they will be unstoppable. Looking forward to a future where the smoothies and shakes are always available. Read moreIf I could give this location 5 negative stars I would. I’ll never visit this location again. Employees are rude, service is horrible. I visited 6/19/2024. I ordered on the app. I wanted to try the new Bosswich sandwich. Now I know most times food doesn’t look exactly as advertised but this was ridiculous. First I waited in the online order line for about 20 minutes. I got out of my car and walked up to the window just to ask if I can be helped. I was completely ignored by staff. After a while a female associate attempted to come to the window and a male associate, I’m going to assume he was a manager, redirected her to keep working, I witnessed his actions. After waiting about 25 minutes, the same male came to the window with my order and says we’re busy. I simply stated to him it would have been courteous just to let me know this instead of ignoring me. He did not apologize or anything. I should have checked my food before I left but I was ready to go. When I got home I opened the bosswich burger and this what I had. Barely any brisket on the burger. Very sloppy. Did not resemble in anyway the burger advertised. Yes I did tasted it. I might as well I paid almost 8 dollars for it. Read moreAbout a week ago me and my brothers went to the drive thru and order two sundaes and another frozen drink get almost home and start to eat the ice cream then to realize the ice cream has a very sour spoiled taste to it . We Immediately return back to the restaurant to ask for a refund for the ice cream. It was only refunded for one and to make matters worse the employees or manager on duty knew that Ice cream was bad and stated that previous customers complained about it as well. Moving forward for days due to the ice cream it had me and my brother sick severely for days ! Even had to go to the hospital. Which came to find out that I had food poisoning. I made a form up and pay online and a few days later the assistant manager reached out to me which was somewhat helpful. General manager to reach back out to me regarding this issue it had me email the incident to them and never heard back from anyone . I’ve sent her multiple text messages and emails never got response so I’m guessing this incident is not Has no importance to her at all. I wouldn’t wish the pain I went through on anyone have already reach out to the health department .
