KFC — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

This was the worst experience EVER!! My delivery took an hour and a half. It’s obvious they waited till they closed to deliver my food even though I ordered and hour before they closed. Then they give you a number to call and that person won’t even answer no matter how many times you call. Online ordering g thru the app is absolutely pointless. How corporate keeps employees like this is mind blowing to me considering all the awful reviews I’ve read all over the internet about this location. It makes me think the district manager is definitely not doing his job or checking his numbers much less checking on their stores in their districts. I'm giving them one star because there's no option to give them a 0 star. The employees there are nasty and rude. I asked for a three piece of chickenTwo breast and a thigh and they gave me drumsticks, so I went back to return it. The lady who took my bag and without even changing her gloves took the drumstick out through it back and took a thigh and thru it in my bag. Her hands were all full of grease So of course she put grease all over the bag.She did not even say I'm sorry. I had to ask the cashier which was as rude as the rest of them to please give me a new bag. People like this should not be working In a restaurant where customer service is a must. Everything I go there is get the same treatment. I ask for no ice in my drink no pickles on my sandwich. And I order a extra side . They repeat the order back to me and they still forget it. I order wedges and a side a mash. I got the wedges but no mash . This happens every time I go to this location. I then leave the drive thru and go inside and tell them the what I was missing with a receipt. The same manager with the birthmark on her face is always there always has a bad attitude as if I'm wrong for ordering . They attitude she has towards her customers is unprofessional.
