Very negative to ask people to if you want to pay cash or credit I'm not worth $0.75 if I pay my credit card for a $10 order? The food is great the people are good but many are overlooking. Bathrooms are in horrible shape interior of the restaurant is dirty and old and needs updating. It appears that hasn't been touched since they opened. Ceilings the walls everything needs a good scrubbing and a good refurbish. I won't go there again because of the fact that they charge a different price for cash. Or credit. I ordered a meatball sub and a drink and they want to know if I wanted to pay cash or credit so I paid by cash saving them only 74 cents. That's a really stupid decision by whoever owns the place. I've been coming there for 40 years but I'll never go there again. Are things really that bad that you have to do that? Owners like this don't invest a dime in the floors the ceilings the walls the core of the bathrooms but they'll charge you $74 more if you use a credit card...
Read moreSOO... I am reading a few of these rude reviews and honestly it hits a little too close to home. For starters, Ray, The owner is one of the nicest, sweetest people ever and my sisters and I love to come in and see him and his crew. We have been coming to Times Square for over 15 years. I have NEVER, not once, had a bad experience, or anything remotely close to that. I consider them all my extended Italian family. I have also never met ANYONE who lives around the area who has one derogatory thing to say about their staff (who is amazing and so welcoming), or their food. . This is a local place that all of us locals have grown up adoring. If I am craving pizza at night and Times Square Pizza is closed I literally won't order pizza, I have even been wearing their T-shirt for years and when im out its always a friendly conversation for other Times Square lovers. So, If you aren't from the area and have nothing nice to say please do us all a favor and keep your opinions to...
Read moreI ordered a stromboli. The sausage was awful. I called and was told it was a precooked bagged product and the gentlemen said he just had some and it was fine. Mine wasn't. A few months later I ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese because I don't think they put enough on. It was taken out of the oven when I arrived. I told him if it wasn't done I would wait but he cut it and gave it to me. I opened it in the car before I drove away and the cheese was swirling across the top with some onto the cardboard. I went back in and showed them but they said it was normal if you tip the box. They offered to remake it but I took it home. I rearranged the cheese and warmed it in the oven. It came out perfect with slight crispy crust and no swirl cheese. I even shook it. It was delicious. It wasn't cooked all the way, as I suspected when I first saw it. I think I am spoiled as Joe from the old Pizza Brew where I went for years as he was excellent. Not sure I will go back....
