Bayview Apartments — Hotel in Fort Lauderdale

If I could give them 0 star , I will. Please DO NOT BOOK with them. The worst rental apartment I have ever been to. Here is the list of issues:

1. so disgusting. The entire apartment smells bad. Dirty bedding sheets
2. nothing works properly. Shower leaking, fan was on since we came and won’t turn off. Windows won’t open and close easily.
3. mold in the bathroom
4. safety hazard. Power outlet is not covered behind the headboard.
5. super noisy at nighttime. Hard to fall asleep
6. is the WORST: INSECURE, not safe at all. Had a homeless come to our front door while we were leaving somewhere and asked us about girls!!!! Seriously!!!!! we saw the same person walking around again in the neighborhood. We felt so unsafe and we did not want to stay there another min. Especially we are family with young kids. BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BOOK YOUR STAY. Now I will a leave you with...

UNIT 12 - me and my friend Miguel stayed here back in the beginning of December and we enjoyed it. Yes this is an old building and they are working on upgrading things. The tubs are for sure old and stained, but the cleaning staff does well to keep things clean. We have stayed here 4 separate times from the studio to 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom, and they all have perks and some things needing fixes. They have come through twice in our stays and sprayed for bugs which was nice to see. The beds were always clean and comfortable, the manager has gone above and beyond to help our stays and the location is great! I do suggest looking into replacing tubs and yes the couches (cloth) ones need changing out. If you want Ritz quality go pay Ritz price, this place is great for price to quality. Sure some extra cleaning may need to be done. Like top of fridge and door handle...

Unit 12 Check in was not until 4pm. When we arrived, the code did not work and we had to call to have the code reset. The place is dated and has an old smell. The bath tub is stained. The shower is old and moldy and some of the tiles are cracked and some grout is missing. The sofa is itchy and hard. The kitchen is seveely dated and small. It lacked tje cleanliness and attention to details that my family appreciates. Oh, the floors look relatively new. Would not recommend this unit...
