Disappointed over a missed opportunity. I order from this Starbucks 4-5 times a week and it's not uncommon for them to make a mistake with my drink and I get a remake, no problem. This time my wife ordered the drink and brought it home for me and it was made incorrectly but the label was correct. I went back up there to get a remake and the cashier at the drive-thru was very nice, she apologized for the mistake and provided great customer service. I told her that it was an inconvenience for me to have to drive all the way back up there in the rain because they used dairy milk instead of oat milk. I asked her to ask the Manager if she would Comp/Credit my next drink for the inconvenience. The Supervisor (Grace) told me that she could not comp the drink and remaking the drink for "free" was the only resolution she could provide because they were not charging me for the remake. So I nicely explained to her that she was not giving me anything for "free". I paid almost $8 for a drink that did not have what I paid extra for, and it also had something that I couldn't consume. Read moreHonestly I wouldn’t even waste my time going there, if you have to be somewhere in a timely matter they watch you walk in and just look at you they don’t greet you or anything I was picking up a delivery despite them being busy and have a full drive thru I sat there for about 15 minutes without being greeted or asked what the name of my order was, I tried to give them time to slow their rush down and actually pay attention to the customers in the lobby but still nothing so I finally asked one of the workers what was the eta on my pickup and he said is it delivery and I responded yes and he said oh it’s over there, mind you “over there” was way in the corner on the other side of the building not in customers view at all nor was there a sign specifying that delivery orders were to be picked up on that side instead of where the pickup sign is.I felt very frustrated having to sit there for almost 25 minutes and the order was sitting there the whole time, I just feel like if i would have been greeted shortly after walking in and asked what the name was all of this could have been avoided, I know for sure I won’t be back and hopefully I won’t have anymore orders to...
Read moreI've never actually been one to care for Starbucks, but because of the convenient location (I both live and work in Kingsley) and the FANTASTIC staff, I've become a regular. The drinks always taste better than any other location I go to, and the few times the staff make a mistake they're quick and kind to rectify it. The dragon drinks in particular taste better here than, say, the Baxter location; I had to go to the other today since Kingsley's is temporarily closed, and the taste difference is DEFINITELY noticeable. It was a quick reminder why I usually only go to Kingsley's Starbucks instead of others!
I feel like those jumping here to complain about minor mistakes seem to forget that these are PEOPLE making our drinks and food, not robots, and they're doing their best!
