Excellent Experience at Pacos Tacos!
My recent visit to Pacos Tacos was largely positive, and I'd highly recommend it.
One of the standout aspects was the incredibly accommodating staff. James, our server, was genuinely nice and very informative, clearly enjoying his job which made for a great atmosphere. The restaurant was quite loud, but they were very understanding of my daughter's hard of hearing and graciously moved us to a quieter spot, which we greatly appreciated.
The food itself was a higher-tier Tex Mex experience. The drinks were also very tasty; I had the pineapple mint margarita and I'm not a huge fan of strong pineapple or mint flavors, so I was pleased that the drinks weren't overpowering in that regard.
The dessert was a definite "wow" moment! I'm not usually a fan of bananas, but the Tres Leches with banana pudding on top was absolutely delicious. Plus, I even got a candle – a nice touch!
The only minor area for improvement was the hostess, who could have been a bit nicer and friendlier.
Overall, though, the visually great experience right off their little pond contributed to a wonderful outing. I'd definitely return to...

As my party required seating for a larger group, I followed these instructions precisely. During the call, it became apparent that Tiara was unaware of these specific requirements outlined on your official website. This lack of knowledge led to a highly unprofessional and unhelpful interaction, where she displayed an attitude that reflected her unfamiliarity with your own stated policies, rather than treating my inquiry with the professionalism one would expect. Read moreI want to start of with the pros because I’ll definitely go back just off the customer service alone. We had a party of 17 and this restaurant was more than accommodating after we decided to leave Napa next door who wasn’t very accommodating to large parties that aren’t booked in advance with a food minimum. I can’t remember our waiters name but she was AMAZING. Her hair was brown with blonde color on the mid shaft and beautiful makeup. She was patient and got out orders out to us in a timely manner. They even gave my son a birthday dessert that was absolutely scrumptious. Whoever thought to do that tres leche cake with banana pudding on top needs to be kissed.
The outdoor patio was so refreshing and the temperature was amazing.
Now for the suggested improvements. I ordered a steak fajita which was cooked well, however my Mexican rice and black beans were lacking flavor as well as the guacamole that was made at the table.
