Horrible Customer Service Expirence at Fort Mill location!!! I had an horrible customer service experience at your Fort Mill lSC location this morning and as a result of it I was late for work. The girl worked the Drive thru ( Kierra) neglected to acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes even after I kept saying hello. It was only one car ahead of me and not busy at all. When I came to window she walked away- still not acknowledging the customer. When asked why did she not answer when I kept saying hello, she responded “ I working by myself” I could clearly see at least 6 employees through the window and it’s wasn’t busy ; so lm still puzzled as to what she meant. When I came to window she walked away- still not acknowledging the customer. When I ask for manager ( Erica) she apologized and question why was I upset? She should be trying to coach her worker not me! I’m the customer I have a right to be upset and I explained to her I have to go to work and the young lady should have acknowledge my presence at mic and in person. Just rude. She had a sloppy appearance not groomed, hair not combed and back body parts exposed. Lazy appearance and attitude. Erica gave me number to call customer service verses district manager saying she didn’t have the number. She gave me the food free and I didn’t want free food, I wanted good customer service! At the very least even if the young lady was busy after saying hello several times, she should have acknowledge “ I will be with you shortly”. Also, greet at window and or apologize for the wait. Instead in both instances she avoided and complain she working by herself. Read moreI’ve visited Panera at Kingsley this past week during a business conference. I was picking up breakfast food for several people, and I received the rudest customer service I’ve ever gotten in my entire life from an employee at the counter. She was a much older Caucasian lady, who was apparently quite busy, but she was the only one working the counter. She very gruffly asked me to use the kiosk to order, and I complied, but the kiosk would not take my credit card, so I had to come back to her. I’ve never seen someone so aggravated that they had to wait on a customer. She rolled her eyes and was clearly very irritated that she had to stop what she was doing to ring up my order. Once it was done, and she was putting my group’s pastries in a bag, I turned to grab some napkins, while I waited on the crew in the back making the breakfast sandwiches I ordered. When she saw that I had the stack of napkins, she barked loudly for the whole store to hear, “Where did you get those napkins?” I told her I had gotten them from the napkin holder behind me, and she rolled her eyes again. I asked her why she wanted to know, and she said, “Well we were going to give you some, but never mind…whatever,” and walked off. After discussing the correct items and while waiting for my corrected order some other female staff not in uniform comes to the drive-through and asked me what drink did I want. I told her it’s on my ticket. She proceeded to tell me that fine, I might just not get one and slammed the window shut. What kind of response is that? She continued to yell, saying all kinds of curse words and talking amongst the staff about me and I could hear every word with the window closed. She was losing it for no reason senseless. Bad attitude with drive thru current staff workers and even the manager named Jenny call should have proceeded to diffuse the situation when I tried to tell her about my experience but instead escalated it rolling her eyes and neck at me.
