I had such a wonderful experience at Dunkin thanks to Nicole. From the moment she greeted me at the drive thru her energy was uplifting and contagious. She had such a genuine smile and a warm personality that immediately made my morning better. It is rare to come across someone who truly enjoys their work and makes customers feel valued in such a simple yet meaningful way.

What stood out the most was when I accidentally drove away without my sandwiches. Instead of letting it go, Nicole came running after my car just to make sure I received what I ordered. That small act of kindness and dedication showed how much she cares about the people she serves. She went out of her way without hesitation and with the same positive attitude she had shown from the very beginning.

Nicole turned what could have been an ordinary quick stop for coffee and food into a memorable moment that made me smile all day. Her great personality, energy, and commitment to excellent service truly deserve to be recognized. I go to this location regularly, and they never disappoint. Their drive thru times, kindness, and work is hard to beat. I’m not good at names but the individual who regularly works the window with the tattoos is one of the nicest people, and handles everything with care and compassion. Maria is also wonderful, so sweet and kind every time. And whom I believe to be the manger on duty this morning, 8/9 wearing the blue shirt, is absolutely one of the best leaders I have seen. She coached team members on the floor to emphasize business needs and standards in the best way possible, while also explaining the reasoning in a wonderful manner to the team member. I wish I could recall her name, but she is so helpful, professional, and has the customer’s needs in mind. I wish I could continue coming to this location, because I will be moving, but the staff at this location really know what they are doing. 10/10,...

.I recently visited Dunkin’ Donuts and ordered a caramel latte. After driving away, I took my first sip and noticed it wasn’t hot as I expected. I immediately called and spoke with the manager, who provided exceptional customer service. She addressed the issue without hesitation, and when I returned, she personally remade my coffee with care and love.

The new latte was perfect—hot, delicious, and exactly what I needed to turn my day around. I believe her name was Nika (apologies if I got it wrong), but to the amazing manager, thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism. You truly made my day!
