I ordered a sandwich at 11:15 AM today specifically with no onions and peppers (onions make me sick). And what did I get - a sandwich with onions and peppers. I know this a day of giving but be careful what you're getting. When this store gets busy they don't know what they're doing. The guy who took my order was standing right behind the guy making the subs and still could not get it right. I will be interested to see if Jersey Mike's is really good and will make this right or is this just another sub shop who does not care a bit about its customers. CHECK YOUR SANDWICHES - WHO KNOWS WHAT'S IN THEM!!

I find it hilarious how they push people to order online but then when I place my order online I receive a phone call from the store after I have paid to tell me that they are out of bread and cannot make my sandwich. I then proceeded to ask for a cash refund since I used my debit card And they said no we have to apply it back to the card isn’t that great now I have to wait 4 to 6 business days until the funds are returned back to my card this is the only money I had to eat some thing. The store is horrible every time I’ve had anything from there it is a mess and made sloppy the people that work here do not care and have no personality and no sense of compassion I am boycotting this establishment and I will not support them. At my job before I retired they occasionally would cater Jersey Mike's for the employees. I always thought they were good. Yesterday I actually had my wife get me a sub from this location. She got an Italian sub. She said they sliced the meat in front of her and that it was done quickly. I was starving so when she got home I tore into it. As I opened the wrapper I found that it was thick with meat and the veggies,spices, and oil made it look and smell great. As I took a few bites I quickly realized that this sub was awesome.
