Literally just had the worst experience because somebody assumed what I wanted in my sandwich…. My son went and ordered two sandwiches, one was the kahuna steak sandwich with no mushrooms but received the kahuna chicken sandwich with MUSTARD (which I don’t eat mustard). When returned it they stated they assumed I would take chicken because they were out of steak without consulting us. After re-making it with steak NOW because they had just received a truckload they rushed the order and when I went in my car and opened up my sandwich and noticed the cheese was not melted the bread was cold and some of the meat was cold I returned it and they had the audacity to give me attitude because it’s the second time now back with the an issue the lady said to me I just cooked it I said it’s cold thou she rolled her eyes …I asked for a refund , hoping they would Say sorry let us warm it up, but they wanted to return the money to the card my son used which I did not have on hand, at this point I was just hungry and frustrated they said that they were not able to refund the money because I needed the card understandable , I just grabbed the sandwich and threw it in the their trash can and walked out… they can keep their miserable $10 I have never had an issue with Jersey Mike’s until now… maybe it’s their staff not even an apology for...
Read moreI went into your store today to get lunch for myself and my mother. Kathryn served me. She immediately started conversation with me, asking what i was up to today. I told her i was from Charleston SC and ws here bc my mother was in the hospital. She asked what was wrong with my mom and i explained everything to her. She was very nice. I walked to the fountain machine to get my drink and turned to pick up my sandwiches and leave. She told me she hopes things get better for my mom, i thanked her and walked out the store. Arriving back at the hospital, i pulled my mom's sandwich out of the bag and she had written on her bag, feel better with a smiley face. She's doesn't know how much those 2 little words affected me. This is what fast food workers should be like. You have an amazing worker and she definitely could use some recognition for it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Kathryn. I am in a bad place emotionally and you turned my day around!!! We need a lot more...
Read moreI was greeted by Amara (only black lady in the store) with a horrible attitude and it went down from there. I ordered the number 8 club. I hate crispy bacon and so I requested for my bacon not to be fully cooked. Amara said we will get to that later. I responded, "Well I see you are cooking bacon on the grill currently so please make my bacon not crispy." She said she couldn't and when I asked why not she and a guy with big quarter sized earrings in his ear said because it's protocol. I asked for a manager and he said "Hi, you are speaking to him". I said so let me speak to your District Manager and he walked away and said "I'm not doing this today" and went and got the real manager. I let the manager know that I would like not‐crispy bacon and he said no problem and got me the freshly cooked bacon on the grill. He was awesome. Amara also threw my cup on the counter very rudely. I am so appalled at her behavior and the guy who was extremely rude and refused to...
