This is the McDonald's located on 6mile Cypress and Ortiz Fort Myers, Florida. I want to make sure that is clear. Omar was taking an order before my graughter and myself. The gentleman did n front of us did not have enough on him and had to go back out to car to get more funds. I showed impatience and went to kiosk. Omar did not. I then went and waited to pay, patiently this time, back at the cashier's for Omar as he had stepped away. It appeared that Omar was helping put orders together. Omar cut side of me came over took my funds to pay for my order. My granddaughter and I then sat down where we had a full visual of the pay line, pick up order area etc. Our number was called my granddaughter went and picked up her order and we sat down for her to eat. During this time Omar came around and started to clean the area near the bathrooms and then behind us. All of a sudden a person that I found out later to be Michelle the manager, rushed in the restaurant and over the registers. She came in took over the cash register that Omar was using and was doing whatever. Omar had stopped what he was doing and started to put up his cleaning equipment as he noticed two customers. He noticed she was still at the cash register when he came back from putting up the broom and trash collector against the wall. At this point he was waiting for the manager to move when she looked up and very loudly said "Omar do you not see people waiting get over here and do your job". I was LIVID. I literally saw the whole thing. I went up to ask her name but Omar was obviously busy, I was going to ask another young lady just as this manager tells her to make her a Frappe. 🤨 So okay. Excuse, what is your name? She say's Michelle and yes she is the manager. So, that would explain the Capri jeans, black shirt, black mask. Because there was NO identifying this manager as a employee of Mc'Donald 's. I think it is wonderful that this company employs the disabled but if you are going to have them managed by someone who speaks and treats them like that in public can only imagine how she treats them otherwise. Michelle you should be ashamed of yourself. Claire is a wonderful asset and very friendly quick to help. The food was warm and place was clean. Remove Michelle from this equation and this would have been a...
Read moreHey there! So, I recently visited this McDonald and thought I'd share my thoughts with you. Overall, my experience was pretty decent, but there were a few things worth mentioning.
First off, the staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile. They took my order promptly and seemed genuinely interested in providing good service. Kudos to them for that!
Now, let's talk about the food. The Big Mac I ordered was tasty and lived up to my expectations. The patty was juicy, the special sauce was flavorful, and the sesame seed bun was fresh. The fries, however, were a bit of a letdown. They weren't as hot and crispy as I would have liked them to be. It's possible that they had been sitting for a while before being served.
The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. The tables were tidy, and the floors looked spotless. I appreciate a clean dining environment, so that was definitely a plus.
One thing that bothered me a bit was the speed of service. Although the staff was friendly, it took a bit longer than I expected to receive my order. It wasn't a major inconvenience, but it would have been nicer to have my food a bit faster, especially considering that it wasn't very busy at the time.
Lastly, the pricing was what you would expect from a fast-food chain. It wasn't overly expensive, but it wasn't a steal either. It's the kind of place where you know what you're getting for your money.
All in all, this McDonald delivered a satisfactory experience. The food was good (except for the fries), the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. It's not the perfect spot for a gourmet meal, but if you're looking for a quick and familiar bite, it...
Read moreI walked over from my hotel through construction to get here and my wife and I used the restroom first. When I went into the men's room, there wasn't any toilet paper, so I asked the staff if they could get some. They told me they didn't have any, so my wife got me some from the women's room. We ordered a fish filet and a crispy chicken with mayo and cheese only. Her sandwich came out completely lopsided and smothered in tarter sauce. She had to wipe half of the sauce off and the sandwich was so lopsided that the half piece of cheese they gave her was only partially on the sandwich. My chicken sandwich had a bun that was so over toasted that it was black. I asked them to remake it because the bun was so burnt and the gentleman said that "that's how it's supposed to look". I told him that I wanted a bun that wasn't burnt if I could and he asked his manager who reluctantly remade it. The store was almost completely empty and the staff was in a group talking, so they weren't busy or overwhelmed with work in any way. I don't know why we were treated like we were a nuisance for wanting our food to be edible, but after our walk for a bite to eat, this was an extremely unfortunate and...
