Let's start with the man who looked like he worked on his car before shift and didn't bother to wash the dirt and grease off his hands. Around his fingernails were black and he handled food and utensils for handling food without gloves. Two people on the front line and he was one of them. I don't know if he was a new employee or perhaps never worked fast food, but he wandered around trying to put together orders. The operative word: trying Two door dashers trying to pick up orders. People bunched up at the counter trying to get food. It took 10 minutes for my companion to get 1 biscuit with gravy. It took me 15 to get a sausage biscuit with Bo rounds. I observed 1 customer have to bag her to go order because they put it on a tray. My order was dine in but it was thrust at me in a bag. A drive through customer had to come in and get the beverage she paid for. The employees had time to argue with her. Meanwhile, I'm standing and waiting on my food. And the drive through girl yelling at the customer that she needed to go get her sweet tea some place else. Some old white man came out started trying to hush the angry female customers. Don't know who he was, put contrary to what the smart mouth drive through girl said as we walked away, the customer aren't crazy. We were tired of bad attitude. Not getting out food in a timely manner or having to come inside to get what we'd paid for. Employees who don't have time to get orders correct and delivered on time, but have time to argue about getting customers the items that they paid for don't deserve customers. This is what I waited 15 minutes for? I will never go back.

I went to pick up an order I made on their app around 8:25AM September 16th. Allow me to firstly say the cashier, I believe her name was Melissa, had great customer service and was very kind. I was missing a biscuit from my order and went back in to ask for one to be made. Melissa was very sweet again but she turned to her coworker, I believe her name was Tammy she was wearing a blue shirt that day, and told her it was missing. After doing so Tammy yelled for myself and customers in line to hear “why is a DoorDasher even checking the bags?!” She said it twice. She ran off before I could confront her so I’ll do it here. Tammy it’s because of lackadaisical inconsiderate people like you who don’t care if a person gets the service they pay for just as long as YOU get through your 8 hours. And frankly your attitude just proves my point. I will NOT be returning. I don’t ask for special treatment when I purchase something from an establishment but I do expect simple human decency and manners. Everyone deals with irritants at work but being able to still put on a smile and provide a service is what defines a professional, you are clearly not that.

Almost lobby is closed because of no air conditioner and the lady at the drive thru come across the speaker and said I would have to wait a few minutes to order because they are short staffed. Same stuff happened at the previous bojangles before it shut down....Step up management or it won't make it !!!

I have eaten there many times. Before it shut down and after it reopened. When it reopened. service, food, people was awesome but has went downhill the last few months. Management is pointless. The workers were better at customer service. The biscuits were raw on 2 biscuits and the other 2 were cut so weird you couldn't hold them. The manager hands me 4 biscuits, barely wrapped, in a ripped bag. When I went in to bring this to their attention. I was talking to the workers and the manager stops the girl to yell at her. Then I ask if there is a different manager and the woman comes out and proceeds to stand at the opposite end of the counter and told me to bring it there. Even though it was already on the counter 5 feet from her. I told her she could walk over there the same as I could and it would be more to pick up the items that I was trying to show her how they came out of the bag. She literally stood there and pointed. So, i brought them to her, but not how they were. She proceeds with an attitude. She gives me my money back after making me go get the receipt. Even though I was the last and only transaction within this 5 min. I recommend closing it back down because it will be run back into the ground with...
