Krystal — Restaurant in Fort Payne

Pull up to drive thru and make our order. Just a few cents shy of $30.00. They told us it would be a 12-15 minute wait on burgers. We said ok thinking that our food would be hot and fresh. Boy we were wrong. Got to the window and paid then was asked to pull up to the end of the curb. 15 minutes later our food was brought out. As we handed out the food to the guys in the band, all of our food was cold. No burger was warm, fries were cold, chicken sandwiches were like ice and to top it off, we didnt recieve all of our order. So I took it all back inside and made a complaint about the food. So they re-made our order and still forgot some items in our order...and I had to ask three to four times pertaining to the food we ordered. We were on the Interstate and seen signs, and thought it would be a quick in and out and back down the road to our next gig, boy was we wrong. It threw us off schedule by an hour. Needless to say we wont be stopping by that...

Was COMPLETELY IGNORED when I went in to order. Young guy looked me right in my face and found everything else to do but take my order. There was one other guy in the store who had already ordered. No one was in the drive thru, and I was the only other person in the establishment. After standing there about 10 minutes I realized that the gentleman wasn’t going to take my order. I politely walked out the door, looked for contact information that was located on the outside of the door, and proceeded to call to make a complaint. Only after he saw what I was doing that he came outside and asked me what I wanted to order. I ordered my food, left, only to still be sitting here in my truck hungry…….wasted money, because I refuse to eat it. The reason is simple……because I didn’t see him make it! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN ATTEMPT TO GET FOOD FROM KRYSTAL IN...

I love Krystals personally, but the one here in Fort Payne is run pretty poorly.

My boyfriend and I tried ordering through the drive thru today, I guess their manager doesn't care and the workers weren't responding to our order, we were polite and patient. We decided to just leave because we were waiting for them to respond to us after we told them our order, they had their back door open and i heard the workers cussing up a storm in the kitchen. It really ruined my urges to buy food from there and just went somewhere else.

I know people that work fast food are under pressure, but it wasn't busy?? I'd recommend you guys go to a different Krystals elsewhere, not the one here.

I'd recommend early morning, or late at night when they don't have immature kids running the drive thru if you reaaalllyyy want Krystals, I'm just gonna quit going...
