We ordered the #1 combo. Didn't realize til we sat down to eat we were setved a #2. They wouldn't fix it without charging us. I don't like white meat, so there is NO WAY I would have ordered the #2. I refuse to pay more for what I should have had already. They wouldn't take back the un touched chicken because of policy. Throw it out or whatever. Fix my order. Anyway, at this point it was eat it anyway (which I disappointingly did) or go hungry. Either way I wasn't paying for an extra order just because Kenya typed in the wrong order. If she's here I will turn around and leave, out of principle (her insistance that WE made the mistake. Not her) P.S. now just over an hour later, I have been in the Wal-Mart bathroom a few times not feeling well at all. * upset stomach and sweats. No it's not the flue or any of that. He couldn’t exchange it because of his job schedule, I couldn’t at that moment either I was out at an appointment . We went the following day to exchange it and they couldn’t do anything about it , neither refund you the money so make sure if you want to exchange or refund do it the same day. The Spanish manager there didn’t even try to resolve it he just kept saying it happen yesterday we can’t do nothing about it. I have had other experiences at other places whenever is the wrong order and they Want the client satisfied and They go ahead and give you a new order . Cashier spoke to manager twice before she would agree to replace it (already charged credit card) with a bundt cake. waited 20 minutes, then given my bag of food without checking it. I checked food myself and found no dozen biscuits that I had paid for. Cashier had given my order of biscuits to one of the three customers behind me who had received their food before me and left. I was told it would be another 10 minutes to cook more biscuits. I asked to speak to manager. Incredibly rude shift manager refused to give name of store manager, and when asked for phone number to call, states "it is on receipt".
