Employees were very helpful. I wish I had read between the lines when the girl who was fitting me mentioned the new-to-me brand Twisted X could be difficult with warranty. I figured such a high priced boot wouldn't need a claim anyway. There is some confusion when store says they offer warranty for three months but Twisted X says a year. Store suggested I go through Twisted X, but they turned down my warranty claim when the soles separated from the boots in under a year. I guess that's "normal wear and tear" for Twisted X. Would buy from here again, but not...

Their pricey but so are all boot stores the quality they have there is superb. All the shoes are out in the Showcase so you don't have to wait for someone to go in the back and get them to try them on which is a plus to me I don't like to spend a lot of time in shoe stores. The boots I bought are amazingly good Wolverine boots and the service I received was average or above thanks Trading Post in Fort Payne for doing a good...

Bought a pair of boots from here, was offered absolutely no help and not even a welcome, even though we were the only ones in the store and there being four workers there standing and talking to each other. When we checked out the girls in there were very rude. Definitely will be using the other locations...
