Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fort Payne

Overall: 4.9* Pizza Hut has the best pan pizza this side of Chicago and that includes all of the mom-n-pop restaurants I've been to. Also, when leftover pizza is reheated gently in the oven (225° for 20 mins), it's as good as when fresh, if not better. A detractor is they don't serve alcohol.

Exterior: Small pot holes need repair. Parking lot mostly clean. 4.8* -.2

Interior: Very clean. Booth cushions could use an update or replacement. Also, the trim is due for a painting. 4.8* -.2

Food: Had the large pan with Italian sausage, pineapple, mushroom & Roma tomatoes and it was PERFECT! 5*

Service: Server Debra was prompt, professional and genuinely pleasant. Tea refills arrived without asking and before the bottom of the glass was reached. 5*

We showed up around lunch time and it was pretty busy. We wanted the buffet which was only 5.99 each. We had to wait for tables to be cleaned but luckily that didn't take to long. The employees were always on the ball from making sure the buffet was stocked to cleaning off tables to making sure everyone's drinks were filled and the customers were happy. The salad bar was great as well. Fresh salad mix and lots of toppings to choose from. Very nice in my opinion. Even under pressure the ladies were as nice and accommodating you could want. If your in fort Payne Alabama I highly recommend...

Food wasn't all that great honestly. But they need to make it clear on the poster that says "All you can eat buffet for 9.99" is just for one person. I took my family and there was 5 of us. We asked how much it would be for the buffet for 5 ppl and the cashier said 9.99 flat. So we got our food and when the check came it was $54. And we didn't even have that much. They basically false advertised that sign. They need to rewrite it or something bc that was just embarrassing. Luckily, there was a good Samaritan there sitting behind us to help us out with our bill. So yeah......I rate...
