Toke offers Tai and Japanese cuisine. Toke features a wide variety of American style sushi rolls and many meals from the grill and Hibachi. We enjoyed the Tempura Calamari appetizer. My wife ordered the combination rib steak and scallops. It was served with house salad, cup of soup, fried rice, and vegetables. I ordered scallops. It was also served with house salad, cup of soup, fried rice, and vegetables. The vegetables consisted of sautéed zucchini and cabbage. My wife ordered her steak rare, expecting it to be served medium to well done. Medium-rare is her preference, but experience indicates Hibachi steak is usually always served closer to well done. As expected, the rib steak was served medium to well done. The scallops of both meals were well prepared and very good. The soup was pleasing, and the salads were crisp and fresh. I intended to present Entree photos, but there was a bit of a wait after we enjoyed the soup and salad before receiving our appetizers and entrees. Consequently, when the rest of the meal arrived, I was ready to enjoy it and forgot about the photos. The restaurant was dimly lit, creating a quiet romantic atmosphere. The seats in the booth where we dined showed a lot of wear, as the vinyl had split and the padding was exposed. The staff was friendly and polite. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. We will be dining there again soon to try other offerings from the extensive menu.

Not too crowded, food arrived fairly quick, and reasonably priced. Good variety of sushi and sashimi on the menu. We ordered the sushi boat for two, which was a ton a food and good variety. There was even enough leftover to take home and munch on later tonight. The real issue was the service. Our server seemed somewhat confused when I gave the order. After bringing the drinks, he didn't come back until the food was ready, even though there were two empty cups on the table he walked by three times. Later on, we asked for napkins we never received. Finally, when ready to leave, we waited another 15 minutes or so to ask for the check. The curly-headed server finally came back, when we requested a to-go box along with the e check; ten minutes later, someone else came by to ask if we needed anything. After another several minutes, a third person came by who took care of things immediately, all she did was go around the corner to grab a Styrofoam container and the bill.

The decor was very Appealing. Restroom was nice and clean too. Staff that assisted me was very nice. I had the chicken and shrimp Hibachi with white steamed rice. It came complimentary with mixed vegetables which consisted of zucchini, onions, broccoli, cabbage, and carrots. The meal also came with soup and a salad. I didn't like the salad because the ginger sauce was too thick but everything else was perfect.

This place must be under new management. Horrible experience bc of a Sarcastic Waitress. We had an issue with our order and she was unhelpful, sarcastic and rude. One of our sushi rolls did not have the sauce or the shrimp that it was supposed to have. Upon telling our waitress it wasnt right she told us we were wrong and it had always been like that. We asked for a menu and showed her where it was supposed to have those things. When we informed her since it wasnt made right and we had not ate any of it we didnt not want it and to take it off our check she said she needed to know what was wrong with it..... We had already told her it didnt have all the meats it was supposed inside as well as missing the sauces. My fiance showed her where the meat was missing. She said it was a half/half roll with half od one meat on one side and half on the other.... Nowhere on the menu did it say this. He said even if that were true there would be more than one piece of roll with a different meat. (Side Note: We both worked restaurants during the beginning of the pandemic and have had to deal with customer service. We are very understanding and we always tip great.) We also had to change our drinks from tea to soda due to the tea tasting like it had ashes in it. Another waitress actually brought out the replacement drinks. I order noodles for my child and when we got our food her plate wasnt with ours. I told the waitress and then my fiance had to say it again bc she wasnt paying attention after she asked if everything looked okay. When we went to leave we asked for four to go boxes as we had four meals and my sushi roll. She Only brought three and never came back from the back fo us to request...

Our family visited this place for quite a few meals when we first moved to the area 8 years ago and we really enjoyed the food. Then we ate here for the last time after experiencing the chicken they were serving was different and very nasty. So rewind 8 years later we decided to give it another try. My husband and son and daughter ordered the hibachi filet and chicken. I ordered the Thai curry chicken. We all agreed the meat was weird looking especially my curry chicken, and texturally off. The filet tasted like the way canned dog food smells. I picked out my chicken and only ate the vnot cooked broccoli and rice. Thank God the rice was edible because that's all anyone really ate. The spring rolls I also ordered were cold and mushy in the middle and hot on the outside, that tells me they have a Chef Mike (aka microwave) working for them in the back. I truly do not understand how anyone with any taste buds can rate this place at anymore than 1 star for their hibachi with chicken and filet. We did not try the sushi maybe it's better but I highly doubt it. WILL NOT BE BACK EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! The quality of their food is bottom of the trash can!!!! What a...
