This place is a joke. I literally witnessed an employee crying because she got hit by a car while assisting customers. As a nurse I listened in and advised her to notify management and fill out an incident report. She then notified one female manager, name unknown and the manager said with a smirk" you got hit by a car, are you okay? The employee with tears in her eyes said no I was just hit and I'm shaken up. The manager did nothing but resume taking orders. So I said excuse, you need to let her get the car information and fill out an incident report. The manager just kept filling orders. So I advised the employee to notify the second manager. She did, and it was the same response. Not a care in the world about the injured employee but concern only for filling the orders. I then showed him my nursing badge and advised him to let her go to urgent care or ER for evaluation. He said he would address the issue in a bit, meanwhile filling orders. He they asked me to drive up because his orders was backing up. I told him I would notify corporate and he said go ahead. So I pulled over and called corporate. They requested my name and phone number to update me later. I gave it to corporate but I waited a while outside restaurant to she if employee was taking care of. I even requested to speak with employee to try and advise her again to seek medical care. An employee told me she was busy with cars and that I can speak to the manager. Meanwhile as I'm waiting for her, I see the same male manager talking on the phone and it appeared he was smoking. So I just left. The next day that same male manager called me, address me by first and last name and said everything has been taken care of. At this point I'm furious with corporate. I will never advocate for their employee again. Corporate and this location is a joke. I'm sure nothing was resolved. I pray that the employee find a company that cares about her and take her life seriously. I will never eat at this restaurant or any...
Read moreI've been excited for this Chick-fil-a location, but I've been patient with the long waits. I've been understanding that it might take a little to get the operation running smoothly, but it's been too long now and it still isn't. Waits are horrendous and food has been given cold, I assume because the order ahead of me wasn't ready before mine. There certainly needs to be some discussion on how to improve these issues. I suggest perhaps a bypass/passing lane for those who's orders are ready and shouldn't have to wait or receive cold food. For whatever reason this location isn't running smoothly, it should be resolved. It's no longer a pleasurable experience. I'm a great fan of Chick-fil-A, but there certainly needs to be some sort of resolution to these issues. I would guarantee that this location is suffering opportunity costs with inefficiencies in customer flow and turning those away who are loosing their patience. Great food otherwise! I hope you all can fix this operation.
I'll add that I wrote this while in the drive-thru, and upon checking my food, I've discovered I've been given a "large" fry with no more than I would have if I ordered a small. This is the THIRD time! I'm not sure if they're short on fries now, but passing the shortage along to the customer is very irritating. I am now very upset with this location!
Now two days later I get an attitude from a lady wearing black when she asked me to pay after already paying. She tells me "You need to stop at the cash cart next time..." For what? I've been here 10 times and never had to stop at the "cash cart." I had already paid with my card, why must I stop at the cash cart? Continually trending in the wrong direction. I've been a loyal customer, and principally I can't support this location much if any longer. I'll take my...
Read moreI love Chick-fil-A, I am 500 points away from being a red member, but this place is the exception. I have never had a negative experience at any Chick-fil-A — I’ve always had fast, friendly service and NEVER had an incorrect order, but this place is the absolute WORST. I tried to have some grace for this location since they are new, but it’s over two months later and it’s still problem after problem. The majority of the staff are completely without manners. I’ve had not one, but three milkshakes made incorrectly and one with a cherry with five extra stems on it and an extra stem just thrown in the drink. I’ve had horribly long waits in the drive through. I’ve asked staff for something only to have them disappear and never come back to help or bring me what I asked for. I’ve had wrong orders that were then remade wrong, again. I’ve had orders placed that were forgotten. I’ve never complained, but today I went and ordered a chicken tortilla soup. It was so spicy and not good at all. I tried to make myself eat it, but after three bites I couldn’t, so I asked if they had sour cream. The girl said she would go check and then never came back. When I went up to the front and asked if I could exchange it for a chicken noodle soup, I was told, “sorry, we can’t do that.” When I explained it was too spicy and I couldn’t eat it, she offered to ask the owner who was there. She came back and again said, “I’m sorry, but we can’t.” I eat out all the time and I cannot think of any other restaraunt that would be so stingy with offering a substitution. I, like others, cannot wait for the PSL Chick-fil-A to open so I never have to come back...
