Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fort Pierce

The food quaility,service,portions were horrible this is the second day in a row I came hoping for a diffrent experience I also came at 7pm on the 15th same experience. The guy that served me tonight was so rude he literally and i men literally pinched the cheese and sprinkled it on when he did that i said a lot please he condensendley said if you want more cheese its going to be 1.65 more and said loudly in a way it seemed like he wanted to embarass me and then began to proced to pinch cheese and wave ut around behind the glass ranting about how it always a pinch it policy very odd and rude he was mad that i said i would pay for it prior to that i asked for veggies and he put a pinch of that and their out and said is more coming out i will wait he ignored me. I order lettuce and sour cream on the said but he didn't even give me that and i didn't notice till i got home he was so concerned that cashier charge me for the 1.65 up charge he kept repeating it he didnt even bag my sides because he was at the register hovering over the cashier literally told her 3 times charge her the extra i told him dont worry i will pay so embarrassing I dont know wht is going on there 2 days in a row and noth days were unpleasant. So sad to have an establishment in our area with such poor service on the 15th i was there for about an hour waiting nobody wanted serve anyone it was craxy one employee was sipping soda by the register just staring and both days they were out of everything and told me if i wnted white rice i have to be a mobile order not a walk in. If I could give this 0 stars I would! The people here lacked any kind of customer service, from the employees to the managers. First off, We ordered through Chipotlane and waited over 20 minutes for someone to even open the window for us. We didn’t even get any greeting, just simply “name?” and then handed us the ordered that had been sitting on the top shelf the whole time. She didn’t apologize for the wait, and when I expressed my disappointment she rolled her eyes and said sarcastically “sorry..”. I would’ve left it at that, but then she also forgot my silverware so I had to go inside and get some, and asked to speak to the manager. The manager (Warren) who greeted me had only been there for 1 day told me to give him “a couple weeks to turn this store around.” I complained about the girl‘s behavior and she continued to roll her eyes at me while I was speaking to the manager. Whatever. I went back to my car to eat, and of course my food was no where near right. I go inside and, wow! another manager came and greeted me. I told her my food wasn’t right and I asked for her name (Michaela? Miranda?) as well, since everyone else had been unhelpful. I asked if she was the one who knew how to run the place and she got an attitude, said “you know what?” closed my food and threw it in the trash only to say they were out of my meat and to get a refund online while smiling in my face. It’s a true shame that this is how Chipotle chooses to treat their customers. I spent $40 on food that was thrown in the trash right in front of my face. These people are pathetic excuses...

If I could give a zero I would! I should have read the reviews before I got my office to order from chipotle in Fort Pierce. If you have a choice, do not order from this place! We had a 5 person lunch delivered through door dash

Ft Pierce Chipotle staff doesn’t care about getting the orders right and they send out horrible food! I ordered a simple taco the outside of the package had the correct order on it but inside they filled it with stuff I didn’t ask for And didn’t give me the things that I did ask for! I ordered the Sofritos. They put 1 teaspoon of Sofrito in each taco it wasn’t even enough to fill the taco across the bottom and they gave me corn salsa which I didn’t even ask for! I had more of that than anything in the taco. It was one of the worst lunches I’ve ever had and I paid $20 for it. It was Disgusting, covered in wetness with hardly any lettuce. I asked for cheese and didn’t get any…..If you don’t care about what you do you shouldn’t work there. I have always loved chipotle for their Sofritos and I talked my office into ordering from there only to be given one of the worst meals I’ve ever had! I didn’t bring a lunch and since I had to throw out most of the slop that they sent me I went hungry! If your a manager at this store shame on you! Pick up orders should mean just as much as a person who stands in front of you!

If you have a choice, don’t order from here!!!!! You will be disappointed and you’ll pay a lot for that disappointment! I never will again and I hope this place shuts down …..they give chipotle...
