Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fort Pierce

I never go to this dunkin’ donuts due to it always dirty and employees/management is terrible. I happen to go by because i was doing laundry and this was the closest dunkin. I went in and ordered my coffee. The girl made it wrong so i asked for extra cream . Another woman walked up and said she was the assistant manager. She stated that i had to pay for additional cream in my coffee. I stated are you joking. She stated that’s right!!! There is a charge stating very snidely. I asked for my money back and the managers name. She refused both. She would not refund my money and refused to give her name or managers name. I got angry and stated i will be leaving a bad review. She said she don’t give a shit and to get out of the store. I had severe foul word exchange with her. And the manager came out and antagonized her to take a picture of my plate on my vehicle and call the cops. What a joke over additional cream in my coffee. This is the most pathetic, dirtiest and most half assed run dunkin’ donuts i have ever experienced…!!!! P.S. I literally had to go to another dunkin’ donuts to get my correct amount of cream in my coffee… Absolutely disgusting and pathetic...

I've never used this particular Dunkin Donuts but it was just before our Hotel on US Hwy. 1 in Ft. Pierce. I needed a hot coffee because the temperature was dropping today and I needed alittle warmth. There is a huge amount of Construction going on right in front of this Dunkin Donuts so if I had not known of its location from passing it over the year's I would of drove right by it! But, as I pulled in the plaza I was surprised there was NO Drive thru! Having my Co-pilot with me (my big beautiful Pitbull, Layla) I wasn't really happy I had to get out of my vehicle and leave my girl in the car, at least I was able to see her clearly through the window and she see me! I ordered thier special $2.00 Latte, available during certain hour's, or you can choose a Cappuccino iced or hot. I also got a few "Old fashion" donut holes for my girl Layla (recommended by the employee) I don't know if they were free or not, I never got the receipt? Regardless, my Layla enjoyed 1 in the Car, and then 2 more with her dinner, leaving 2 for...

Well, I came into the store early Sunday morning to get some donuts some hashbrowns and some snack and bacon. The girl was cleaning the donut case didn’t even acknowledge me for a few minutes when she did turn around it was like I was bothering her. I ordered my donuts. She did exactly what I told her not to. I said I want two of every iced donut you have. She gave me everything but I had to tell her again. Oh she said, went over to pick up my hashbrowns and my snack and bacon and the woman doing that was absolutely no personality. Acted like she just woke up and that I was very inconveniencing her to even have an order that she had to make. I asked her if she could warm my snack and bacon, which I always get done at all the other Dunkin’ Donuts and she said no I said what I said I always get my bacon warmed Put smoke all over my store and you cannot have it warmed.
