UPDATE*
After a month of trying to resolve the issue through the franchise’s customer service, the store manager finally reached out to me via email and offered for me to return to the store to pick up the products from my order. Although this situation was quite disappointing, at least they were able to resolve it. Thanks to Crystal and the lady I spoke with today for making things right after the mistake made over a month ago. Horrible experience - Money lost and unresolved
On June 30, I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin' app, including a dozen donuts, half of which were Boston Cream. When I picked up my order, they told me that the Boston Cream donuts were not available. I kindly asked if they could cancel only the donut part of my order (since I didn't want replacements) and I would only take the coffees.
To my surprise, the staff member responded rudely and told me that she could not cancel the order, that she had to do it through the application. Unfortunately, the application did not offer any option to cancel.
I ended up paying $29.91 for an order I never received. I filed a complaint and received an email requesting more details, which I quickly provided. They responded saying that the store would follow up within two days to resolve the issue. It's been more than a week and I haven't received an answer. No refund. Without explanation. Nothing.
This is not just bad customer service, it feels like I've been robbed of $29.91 for absolutely nothing. Extremely disappointing experience. I expected something better...

I was just at location in Fort Pierce FL on Us1 next to Virgina Ave. The Manager was serving a customer who spoke broken english an i was applaud with her actions. She was getting donuts for him as he was trying to read them an she was taking the signs down as she went for empty donuts. A sign fell to the groud an she with her gloved hand reached for it picked it up an kept going as she was getting the rest of his donuts. Standing there watching an waiting for the gentlemen to say something did not but looked puzzled. I then said are you SERIOUS... Your going to keep serving as you just touched the ground with that glove remake his order. She argued with me on this am took out two donuts an replaced them. Then the guy said thank you to me. I then asked her as she took my order if she was the manager she said yes no name tag on her an she didnt tell me her name blue shirt. I said okay im calling the manager at the other location i know very well an will speak with her. The manager then said if i don't report her or post a bad review i can have my coffee for free. This is not okay by anymeans. That tells me as a manager shes not keeping up on making sure her crew washes there hands every hour as should an cross contamination is not a big deal in this location. I will not go back there. I have been a manger for 5 years in a hungry howies up untill few years ago when the sold the store but i never in a million years would do that. I was huge on making sure everything was clean an...
Read moreI went in this morning and ordered a drink and the stuffed bagel bites. When we first pulled up both employees were outside by the side of the building smoking. We had to wait inside at the counter until they finished smoking. The girl who finally took out order didn't smile, say hello or even try to be welcoming. I ordered my drink and food. She finished my drink and gave me an iced coffee. When I told her I had ordered it hot, she became very confrontational and began yelling at me. I tried to explain to her I just needed to remake my drink. She refused, so then I asked for a refund. Again she started yelling at me and said she would not give me a refund. I then asked for a receipt, again she yelled at me and refused. She would not give management information to me. Finally her coworker gave me a receipt. I ended up leaving without a drink or a refund. I am extremely disappointed in my overall experience and will most likely never go back. I'll pay a bit more to go to Starbucks where their employees are...
