Little Caesars — Restaurant in Fort Pierce

This was my review to corporate: (first and only bad review ive ever made)

I entered this store at 4:09pm on Sunday the 27th of Jan. 2019. When arriving there was a family waiting in the lobby but no wait at the register. I was able to put my order in quickly and thought for sure id be in and out as I usually am at other Little Caesar's. Made my order (2 pepperoni hot and readys, 2 crazy breads with sauce and one 2 liter) She rang me up for two 2 liters so I grabbed an extra no big deal. She explained that there would be a 10 minute wait. I was slightly annoyed but I understand things happen and it wasnt a big deal. I took a seat and waited patiently. Soon after the lobby is starting to fill up and they are starting to get busy. You would think the employees would start to gain a sense of urgency to try and get out all the orders. That wasnt the case at all. In fact it seemed as if they were purposely slowing down because of the lack of care about the customers. Being the first at the counter I was getting annoyed at the fact that they were serving costomers who just walked in and made an order before myself. Thats right, people who came in after me and just put in their orders were getting served and were leaving before me. In about 5 minutes time, the lobby had filled up to around 15 people. After waiting for about 20 minutes watching others get their food (items that partially contained things I ordered) I was getting more and more agitated. I politely got up and asked the cashier how long my order would be in which she replyed that she had forgotten my name and they were waiting on the crazy bread. Knowing that it doesnt take 20 minutes to cook crazy bread I was really starting to get angry. I still kept my composure unwillingly and waited yet again. Then after about another 5 minutes of waiting at the counter watching employees handing out freshly cooked crazy bread to customers that came in after me. Thats when I started to show that I was agitated. I then focused my attention to the slowest little caesers employee on the planet and seen that my order was there on the table and all he needed to do was give it to me so I could leave. It seemed as if he was purposely taking his time because he knew it was making the costumers angry. I even told the cashier that my order was sitting right there on the table. She then told me to hang on and laughed at me. I kid you not this made me so angry I was really holding myself back from loosing it. I didnt even want to ask for a refund in fear that the employees were not competent enough to do it correctly. While still waiting at the counter I even helped out a girl who was also waiting on an order she called in. It was ready and in the window and she was politely waiting for service so someone could give it to her. I had to speak up and mention to the employees that her order (the orders name was Brandon) was sitting there on the window and the girl was waiting for no reason. No one could hear the male employee mumbling peoples order names at the counter so people were waiting while their order was in fact done. This has by far been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life and had me so flustered for the rest of the day. I encourage management to review the security cameras to see everything that occured and to also see how the employees were careless to the requests of the customer. I will never step foot in this store ever again and will also inform people to never order from there as well. As a side note I would also like to include that the crazy bread that I had waited on for 20+ minutes wasnt even cooked all the way. This store is a failure as are...

If I could leave no stars I would. I’ve been ordering Little Caesar’s since 2010. Anytime I’ve asked for a special request, all the ones I’ve gone to have never had an issue granting it, especially since I’ll gladly pay extra for extra toppings....All except this Fort Pierce one, I can’t count how many times I’ve been charged extra and never received my toppings. You think I would know what it’s supposed to look like when every time I’ve ordered from various LCs...they all manage to look the same...BUT THIS ONE!!!! I let it slide because I live 5 mins by car from them but this was the last straw. This past Thursday I ordered an extra cheese pizza, and I told the cashier (who’s name started with a K) extra cheese don’t be stingy lol she turned to the guy who was making the pizza, just told him extra cheese with no extra instructions 😒 so I repeated tell him..she said he knows. I get my pizza a short time after, I look at the box. It looks like a standard hot and ready pizza, not a custom one. I let it go because I was in a rush to go home. Tell me why I bite into the first slice, there is curly black hair in my mouth, and it was long 🤬🤬🤬. I flipped!!! I called the corporate number and was told “franchise owner would call” (yeah ok 😒).....I called the store and explain to him (the manager) my annoyance with what happened,.. I in turn got asked if I was the one who filed the complaint...i said you’re damn right. This is the finally straw. He offers to remake my pizza and give me a free item. Nothing about reimbursing me money, nothing about a future credit, no apology for the fact I had someone’s damn hair in my mouth and it wasn’t mine!!! I am completely appalled by this location and will gladly drive to SLW, or PSL to get a good pizza from them than this location. IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! And I will be reporting to the health...

I placed an order tonight with Uber Eats for this location. It was completely accidental, and my fault for not looking at the address. However, I canceled the order to save the driver the time and aggravation to re-place my order in town. Unbeknownst to me, when you cancel an order, they charge a fee to compensate the restaurant and the driver. (Understandably now that I'm aware of the fee)

Upon contacting chat support to find out if there was anything at all I could do to either get food or a refund....I was informed if I provided my order number to the restaurant and picked it up that I could receive the food tonight.

My husband and I attempted to contact the restaurant and the staff let the phone ring for a good amount of time before we heard the phone be picked up and placed directly back down to hang up.

We just wanted to come pick our food up and now I am out the total for the order from Uber and still no food in hand.

I have made corporate known of the issue. Sounds like we need to re-train the employees. But after reading the reviews, must be some divine intervention given how many times the quality of food and dirtiness of the location...
