Very disorganized store. Both from an employee and customer point of view . Merchandise is thrown all over the place as nothing seems to have a proper location as to where itās supposed to be. Store is very cluttered and just the whole scenery of the place is messy. Floors arenāt done, aisles are very small as two people can barely fit down one aisle . The whole backbone of the store is in disarray as no one really knows what they are doing in all honesty. There is a great lack of knowledge throughout the whole staff on how to effectively run the store and stockroom. Priorities from the store manager and supervisors mainly pertaining the stockroom and how to get stuff done efficiently is totally backwards. Common sense goes a long way and itās obvious judging by the state of the store and how poorly run the stockroom is that there is none. I mean coming into a new store given how small it is and how tiny the stockroom is you would think that people would know how to improvise a bit and get to understand and come up with ways of getting merchandise out . But no , instead they insist on doing things according to the guidelines that are set for stores 3 times the size of this one . Insisting on sticking to ways that just does not work for how tiny a stockroom they have instead of improvising and tweaking the process so that the workers are better equipped to be more successful in accomplishing their goals . Terribly run store , workers get no proper training but yet are given unrealistic expectations with limited space and time . On top of that , Burlington offers next to no breaks. You are expected to work nonstop for 4/5/6 hours while not even be offered a break. And when you finally decide okay Iām going to take a break , there always seem to be a problem. Questioning where you are , why you on your phone , did you clock out , how long have you been gone . All in all , this Burlington I guess is just another one of those retail stores that management has backwards priorities, workers are given unrealistic goals to complete tasks and stockroom is lead by people that have no clue as to what they are doing and what it truly takes to effectively get stuff done . It takes more than just constantly shouting to move faster and reiterating time limits without actually having the understanding of what it takes to do...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe store looks heavily run down, despite having a year and a half to hire employees and finish construction, this place feels and looks horrendous, and the fact that the owner decided to put images that do not even look remotely close to the store actual appearance. The lines are full and usually have 1-2 people at the register. This Burlington feels poorly planned and looked like it was put together last minute before opening. It wouldāve been best if they close the store for another month just to fix the interior issues and hire more employees so the store could operate smoothly. Iām giving it 2 stars since it does actually have decent stuff, even if...

I was so excited for this store to open and honestly they shouldnāt even...
