Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Pierce

Went there 3 times & they made my drink nasty all 3 times… I don’t rate or write comments but I had to cuz what? 3 times? something is wrong.they need proper training for how to make drinks! I’ve had the same drink order for 8 whole years. Came to this location since it opened up, it’s the closest Starbucks to me. They made my drink so watery and it’s supposed to be a frap, I felt like I was drinking milk. Today I spoke up and went back, I asked them to remake my drink, the guy remade it & I didn’t have the heart to tell him it was nasty again lol I’m already not confrontational so me having that remade was already a lot. What a waste of my money, time and energy. I just wanted my little drink after/during my work smh this is what I get for cheating on my usual Starbucks in vero lol! Run don't walk away from this Starbucks location! I was in the cafe and working on early morning emails while traveling away from home and was reminded a couple times to make a purchase in order to use the lobby space. This is the ONLY time I have ever been harassed about making a purchase at a coffee shop and I frequent MANY of them. I have money on my Starbucks app at this very moment. I've had the Gold card since the program launched in 2008. It is Manager Randi's personal mission is to make this location unfriendly for customers. Very clean location and good customer service however, every single time I come here my drink is not good and I get the same drink every time so I’m wondering if someone just needs to go over the recipe again? For example, this morning, I asked for a Venti brown sugar shaken espresso lined with caramel, and not only was it profusely lined with caramel, It was also drizzled all over the top with ice almost to the lid… I couldn’t even drink it without getting huge chunks of caramel. Way too much, I think I had more caramel than a shot of espresso… I hate to complain so I didn’t ask for them to remake it, but I’m hoping that management sees this and goes over the recipe with the barista cause this is every single time that...
