Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Fort Scott

I stopped by on 9/13 and ordered 3 large drinks hoping to get a caffeine boost as we were beginning a long road trip. When I pulled up to the window, not the speaker box before we placed our order but the window I was rudely told that their scanner was down and so I could not scan and redeem my free drinks or pay through the app. The girl that was at the window simply turned around and asked if they couldn’t comp and was told absolutely not by the other girl making the drinks. I understand not wanting to honor the free drink a customer had in their app if they were simply ordering one drink but we ordered three large drinks, I still would have paid more than I received. When we received our drinks we knew they were poorly made as the iced mocha had not been mixed in and neither had the hot chocolate. Update today...returned for the peanut butter power with an extra espresso shot and my son got the butterscotch caramel latte blended with an extra shot of espresso. Our service....was the best!

I had the yummiest peanut butter drink, I have ever had in my life this afternoon. The energy after drinking it, is incredible. Peanut butter power is the name of the drink and I will recommend it to all peanut butter lover's, who love the blended type drinks and this one packs a feel good punch, as well. Oh my what a truly incredible drink. I will be back for sure. Bet. We went through the drive thru for this drink, and the new sea salt caramalicious. My son treat me to this, new to me, coffee location and all I can say is...every town deserves a Scooter's Coffee. This was my third time patronizing a Scooters and it was great. My first two times (different location) were some of my worst coffee experiences ever.
