My husband and I went to the Fort Smith location tonight. He stood at the order window for over 6 minutes. There were several workers inside walking around they looked up several times at him and ignored him as if he was not there. He then proceeded to knock on the window the girl looked at him and kept going about her business. Then he got into our car and pulled through the drive-thru. A girl came to the window I asked if there front window was closed she replied no. I then proceeded to say well my husband has been standing at your window for over 6 minutes you all just kept looking and ignoring him. Then he knocked on the window and you still proceeded to ignore him. I asked for her store manager which was one of the workers that ignored him also I asked why did no one come to the front window. She said well we can’t see out the front window at night. Well he knocked also she goes well yea but he just knocked. So you heard him in but yet we still had to go through drive thru to get someone to acknowledge us. She was absolutely rude unapologetic. Horrible customer service someone needs to come down and retrain her on customer service. She has no right to be in a management position setting an example as this to her employees to ignore customers. All she is doing is hurting the name of Andy’s. I personally will not go back to this location if they can not employ respectful individuals. Especially in management positions. I will be also...
Read moreI'm visiting the area for work and have never heard of Andy's. I love frozen treats, so I was excited to give them a try. I pulled up to what I thought was the pre-menu to make the choice, then pulled up to the window. The employee appeared aggravated already and asked, "What can I get you?" I thought I might have missed the order speaker and began asking, "Was I supposed to order back there?" But the employee was quick to cut me off with another, "What can I get you?" Since he was so quick to cut me off, I began repeating myself, and again, he cut me off, "What can I get you?" I placed my order and apologized for making him repeat himself 3 times. He said it was OK and that there was a sign to pull up to the window. I began to state that I didn't see the sign when he cut me off again with the cost. I paid but have buyer's remorse. I should have just driven off. The treat was just OK. It was my only experience at Andy's, and I don't blame the business. It could have just been "one of those days", but the experience was enough for me to never...
Read moreNormally we LOVE Andy's & will visit them anywhere we go and they have one. This one, however needs to get it together. I ordered a vanilla concrete with strawberries and bananas (same thing I've ordered MANY times before at different locations). The guy asked if I was sure I wanted it as a concrete, because they have the "StrawAna" which is a Sundae. I told him no...that I wanted it as a concrete. This is supposed to be vanilla custard with the fruit cut up and blended in. What I got was basically a StrawAna Sundae in a concrete cup. None of the fruit was stirred up. It was just big full slices on top of the custard. If I'd wanted a sundae, I would have ordered one! He acted like he had no clue what I was talking about... Clearly, neither did the people making it! These folks need MORE TRAINING! Then we were owed 68¢ in change and it took him forever to figure out what that would be. We've had a few other "disappointing" visits here, but none that rose to this level. They need to get better or I'm afraid they won't be there...
