I will not be returning to this Arby's location. I went through the drive thru and ordered a #7 French Dip combo with an unsweet tea. Once I got back to my hotel down the street, I noticed my fries were missing and the sandwich was falling apart, it was placed open side down, and cheese and some roast beef hanging outside the box; so the box itself was wet. The bread was also soggy. I noticed on the receipt that they only charged me for the sandwich and drink. So I went back to have them fix the order and sandwich. The manager on shift then came to up to the register and wanted me to pay almost $3 dollars for the fries, granted they messed up my order. I already paid almost $8 just for the sandwich and drink, and they wanted $3 to add a small fries. Im sorry, but a French dip, french fries and drink does not cost $11. Separately, maybe, but not as the combo. Now, I'm not trying to get free stuff out of it, trust me, I used to work for Arby's. I know how it feels. But when we made a mistake, I would fix it. Read moreI visit this Arby’s every week for the last 8 months. I’m about to have a baby next month so this all I crave! I never went inside until yesterday (11/21) I did online order didn’t realize I ordered two small cups. I asked the employee can I upgrade my cup, I was willing to pay whatever differences I had to pay. She asked Kathy(GM) how can she upgrade my cup she didn’t say anything hesitated rolled her eyes an tried to sign into her register! I immediately said never mind I didn’t argue I just gathered my things an waited on my drink I guess she realized what she did an tried to explain herself I just kept repeating “it’s ok never mind don’t worry about it”. Now I know I placed the order online but if it was a difficult job to do I’m very understanding a would’ve just been ok with the cups I had, but instead she had a very nasty attitude! When paying for our order, my son asked if his daughter could come in and use their rest room. The girl said no the lobby was closed. Really? This was a child and they couldn't accommodate her for 5 minutes? I have been in retail management and would gladly unlocked the door for 5 minutes in a situation like this.
