7/13. 530p Came through drive through. Asked a woman what kind of New ice creams they were offering. She said, I can't hear you. I repeated it louder. She said, I can't hear you. I repeated my question again only this time I yelled. She rambles the names off so fast that I can't understand her. That's not right. I'm there to buy something and she's there to help me make a selection. I hear Mango something and I say Mango. And She hears me. She asks if that is all and I say Yes. In a normal tone of voice and, She hears me. I finally get to pay at the window and the guy tells me the the woman has had difficulty all day with the mike and not being able to hear. I did not know this information. I told him that. He said that he didn't expect me to know that. So why did he tell me that then? She did not explain that to me. When I got up to the take out window I apologized to the girl that was there, and told her that she made me yell at her. I had had to ask her 3 times before I got an answer and I don't know how loud she was speaking to me for me to hear her. She said that she wasn't the one who took my order. I said oh! And I left, because I got my Mango Ice cream. BTW.. it is Awesome. It has like a spicy jam mix in it. From now on, I will just come into your store and order in person so that I will be heard. Managers, if your hardware isn't working properly, you should fix it so that the personnel and the customers do not suffer from lack of communication because they cannot hear each other. I put the blame in your hands. Unless, there is a...
Read moreI went through the drive thru on my lunch break today. I ordered, and was told to “ pull on around” I pulled up to the first window and waited a few min and no one came.
Then I see someone waving me forward at the second window. I pull up and am greeted with a look of contempt. I myself remember working fast food and know the staff are graded on order times so I apologize and said “sorry no one said to pull to the second window”
The associate snaps back and said “ I told you to pull to the second window” in an ugly tone. I said “ma’am I’m a polite person but you did NOT say that” she gives me my food and drink and does not speak or make eye contact with me. She hands me back my credit card receipt and says nothing. I reply back loudly, “thanks have a great day!” And she starts yelling at me to “wait, stop!!” As I’m driving away. I don’t wait or stop. My food is right my receipt is right, I have my card. So I’m not sure what she needed.
Point is- they have rude and untrained staff. Attitude was NOT necessary. She could have owned up to her mistake, or apologized but she doubled down on it. What happens when she undercooks a burger or makes a mistake with someone’s credit card? Will she double down...
Read moreI love the food, but I struggle with the workers here often. I would give them higher stars for food alone, but this is a consistantly issue for me and the last visit made me late for work when I had plenty of time to get food. This last visit alone, the indoor cashier was talking way to quietly, and it didn't matter how often I asked him to repeat it, his volume never changed. He also got a drink wrong and when I finished ordering, he started cleaning a ice cream utensil slowly while watching the poor drive thru girl working at a brisk pace handling more than one thing at a time. It also took nearly 30 minutes for my order and it wasnt a large order by any means. Two breakfast combos, which in drive thru normally get to me before the 5 minute wait mark amazingly. (Drive thru has been slow too, but normally they are better. I had to go inside for my boss's special order.) Nearly 10 minutes late for work and my work isn't even a 2 minute walk from Braums. Luckily my boss was fine as I was getting us both food. If this was just my food I would have not eaten for 8 hours because I would have just had to get my money back and leave, or would have likely...
