Around 10:15 am I ordered 2, 8 oz bottles of sauce, and the order taker was pleasant. However, when I pulled up to the window, the girl barely glanced over from her conversation with another employee. When that ended, she pointly ignored me while I sat there with my window down -- no greeting, no acknowledgement. Then she struck up a conversation with another employee while I continued to stare. Finally after about 5 minutes, another woman came through and asked me what I had. She gave me my 2 bottles of sauce without putting them in a bag and made no excuses for the poor service only gaving me a cookie, which turned out to be stale.

Read moreNever thought I’d give a bad review of my favorite restaurant, but this new location is horribly managed. My first visit I ordered a standard #1 no pickle. They put the sticker on it, but went ahead and added pickles anyway. I decided to tray again a week later and with two registers at lunch the manager was taking multiple orders from a person while the other employee was making drinks rather than taking someone else’s order. After about 10min we and the gentleman behind us walked out. I hate to say it, but I’d rather drive the extra few miles to the better manager site a little further...
Read moreI want to love this new location, I really do. It's much closer to my house, however, I have made 3 separate visits since they opened - all on the app, all using mobile drive thru. Each visit has taken 20-30 mins to get through the line and each time I had missing items. Very frustrating and hope they improve soon. Until then, I'll have to stick to the Rogers...
