Honestly unless you happen to be inside Target and absolutely need a coffee, don't waste your time with this location. Drive the .5 mile down the street to the next Starbucks on Phoenix. They're always out of everything and the staff are not friendly. I work at the Pavilion and wanted to get a coffee this morning, and the guy working it didn't say a word to me the whole 10 minutes I was standing in front of the counter waiting to order. He made the drink for the lady in front of me and then once she left he still didn't say a word to me, not a "I'll be with you in a second," or anything and just starting cleaning up and ignored me. Unless youâre desperate, donât go there!! If I could give a...

At this locations the cashier at the register had me wait at the drive-thru window for several minutes without a single bit of acknowledgement or word uttered to me, then when spoken to there was no salutation at all, just a dollar amount which was 4xâs the total of my order as I'd told them at the speaker I had an app order. Not a big deal to mistake my app order for the order behind me, but DANG, speak to your customers, GREET THEM, and politely apologize when you mess up too, just a quick, âsorry...
