There was plenty of parking and no waiting in line, which was nice. That said, I started the process on the touch pad screens as you're supposed to, and when I got to the end it didn't have an option to pay cash. I had to go ask one of the 10 or so employees standing in the back. She said I had to order at the counter to pay cash which makes sense but I didn't realize at first or wouldn't have spent time trying to order on the screen. I ordered one chocolate chip cookie so I could compare the classic and my favorite. I was surprised there were only like 6 or 8 flavors total. I did appreciate that ordering in person allowed me to forgo the tipping option that showed up on the touch screens. I know I didn't have to tip with those either, but I also assumed the employees would know I hadn't tipped prior to boxing my food and I didn't like that. So I ordered at the counter and paid cash. My total was just over $6. For.ONE.cookie. I asked for it to be warmed up however it was not warm to the touch. The cookie was huge (about the size of my hand stretched out) and it is quite impressive that they are cooked through being that large. That said, it wasn't the most amazing cookie I've had. I for sure wasn't blown away. I won't go back mostly because the cookie wasn't worth the money paid. It wasn't the novelty experience I was hoping for either without there being many unique or...
Read moreI have eaten several cookies and other desserts from Crumbl that I’ve bought myself or someone else bought it for me. A couple weeks ago they had a banana bread with a streusel topping that I was excited to try. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed and had a slightly bad experience. One of the main reasons I decided to purchase this product was because of the streusel topping. When I got into the car to try it and took a bite, I realized it was missing the topping. Additionally, the bread was cold. It advertised to be served warm and to have the topping. I went back into the store to let the employees know that the topping was missing. The girl looked at me like she didn’t know that it was supposed to have the streusel topping. Five different people were asked, and then finally somebody in the back told the girl that they were out of the topping. I told them I wanted my money back. I was given a credit, Although I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. The banana bread cost a little extra than one of their cookie’s. They should only serve what they advertise or at least inform the customer they are getting a different product. And apparently some of the employees weren’t aware of this....
Read moreI had a horrible experience today. I ordered a couple of cookies. I tapped my credit card and it lit up. The girl checking me out said it didn’t work and to try again. I put it into the slot, it lit up but was told again that it didn’t work and to try one more time. When it didn’t work the third time I decided to check with credit card company. It showed that all three transactions went through. When I pointed it out, the young lady told me there was nothing they could do about it since it was showing that it didn’t go through. She went to get her manager, a young man about 20 years old. He told me the same thing, that it didn’t show up on their end so he couldn’t reimburse me. I asked to talk to his boss and he told me he was the General Manager. I asked him to call corporate. He text and came back and said that he couldn’t give me my cookies because corporate said it didn’t show that the transaction went through. I told him I didn’t want the cookies, I just wanted them to refund the three transactions that showed up on my credit account. He said there was nothing he could do. This is a horrible way to...
