Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Fort Smith

I ordered a 10&11. Asked for tartar sauce and ketchup through the line. When I got to the window the girl asked if there was any other sauce we wanted. I say tarter,ketchup, cocktail sauce. Got asked to pull forwarded. Waited at least 10 minutes for the food.got all the way home in bonanza.just to realize theirs not one sauce packet in the bag. It's a huge inconvenience and quite frankly ruined my meal experience. I didn't pay 30 to not enjoy my meal without sauce. When I called the manager and asked for a replacement meal on another day because it wasn't possible to simple go get sauce, I hear an employee in the background saying "hell no" Highly unprofessional. Not only that, the girl at the window whom asked if we wanted more sauce, was yelling at some guy outside to “come inside” which might have contributed to her not focusing on preparing my order correctly. If I went to get sauce, my meal would have been cold. So either way, I would be out gas, and stuck with cold food. Highly unsatisfied with the order...

This place isn't at all worth your time.

Generally speaking, I dislike feeling the necessity to write poor reviews. I passed through here recently and ordered a family meal which includes two sides. My order was read back to me and the receipt reflected my two sides. I received my order after 15 minutes and went on my way. However, when I got home one of my sides was absent. I called and asked for a manager, I was told there was none present. Shortly after, I called again. I spoke to the manager on duty who said there was nothing they could do for me.

As a former fast food manager, I realise it can be difficult to trust customers. You should, however, make concessions for a customer that treats you respectfully. Unfortunately on bad apple spoils the batch. I'm not sure the whole batch...

Over all great experience. Food was made to order meaning it was hot & fresh not stale & reheated. Staff were all friendly & warm. Seemed to really enjoy being there. If every location was ran this way I feel there would be a few less shut down locations across the U.S. Only complaint but not really a complaint I guess, is that I could have sworn meals came w/a drink included & not added on as a separate charge. But then again it's been at least 6ish years since I've last visited a LJS due to disgusting food & even worse staff. I gave this location a try b/c ive heard of there great staff & food just like the old days. & boy were the locals of Fort Smith right about that, took me right back to childhood when my parents would go all the time when payday...
