Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Fort Smith

I was not having the best day, so I went to get canes on 01/05/25 around 6-7pm and I really was looking forward to it, pulled up and was met with a great chicken intro, however when I was ordering I was kept being asked “I’m sorry what was that” or “may you repeat that” with the sound of giggling. I repeated my order at least 3 times to this girl, she asked my name I told her my name. I met at the 2nd window after paying and they were laughing and talking asked me if my name was “Papi” and I said “no?, (told them the correct name) anyways rude. Also got one of my drinks wrong (I was told to repeat the drink) that was okay, however red flag. I asked for the girls name who took my order and the dude said either “Kelly, or Callie” I couldn’t hear. The dude gave me my food and I drove around to eat HOWEVER, my order was wrong MIND YOU I REPEATED MY ORDER at least 4 times at this point I don’t even remember. Anyways went back around asked for her name again because I planned on telling management but they dude wouldn’t give me her name again “sorry I can’t give you her name”. Normally I’m not like this but this was ridiculous. I was met with attitude (I’m probably one of the nicest people you will meet), just having a horrible night and I wasn’t giving attitude at all, I simply wanted my order right and repeating myself obviously was annoying them it definitely made me feel not welcome nor respected. But next time get the order right. You guys had it wrong TWICE. I go there occasionally so kind of disappointed. FOOD 10/10. Customer service 4.5/10 bc the guy at the window did try his best with the situation. But take that girl of the headset or...

Stopped by The Chain in Fort Smith, Arkansas around 4 PM today, and let me tell you; it was a win from the start! It wasn’t too busy, so I pulled right in and ordered without a wait. As soon as I got my bag, the smell alone had me excited!

Their hand-breaded chicken tenders are everything; crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and made fresh. Just how I like them! The fries? Hot, golden, and fresh; not like the sad, stale ones you get at most fast food joints. And don’t even get me started on that toast… buttery, golden perfection with just the right amount of salty goodness.

Now for the real star; the Cane Sauce. If you know, you know. Just do yourself a favor and get two, because you’re definitely going to be licking the container.

Big shoutout to the Fort Smith team for serving up delicious food and greeting me with such friendly, happy faces. You made my day and earned a repeat...

Really bad experience that left a sour taste in my mouth about Raising Canes Chicken. When through drive thru on Saturday 3/11/22 afternoon. My large drink was not properly closed and spilled all over the car. Especially center console which is so hard to clean. The girl at the window saw, and provided napkins & new soda. That’s all!!!!!!

New soda cup seemed like it wasn’t closed all the way either. Must have been some manufacturing issue. None the less, customers should NOT have drinks spilled. My cup didn’t even make it to the cup holder, that’s how lose it was. Thanks to this experience had to hurry up, eat my food so that I could spend my Saturday evening cleaning up my car before it got all sticky.
