Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Fort Snelling Unorganized Territory

Worst CFA I’ve encountered and I’ve been to many different locations all over. The cashier taking our order Jancy had a cough and was not masked, she repeatedly coughed into her hand and continued to use that hand to make our beverages-nasty. We didn’t receive an order of fries and had to go back for them, the back of the restaurant wanted to argue with the front about whether or not our order was correct like his personal paycheck would be affected by one order of fries- once it was decided that we were truthful and owed food they took their sweet time preparing it serving multiple customers before correcting our order. They don’t participate in CFA One app and also add 4.5% fee for unclear reasons. The garbage in front was overflowing- no other places close by had this issue, that should’ve been my hint to go...

I was given the incorrect food when I ordered from the Chick Fil A MSP airport location during a layover. I ordered a plain chicken sandwich, sans pickle, but was instead given a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until I was at my gate in another terminal, so I couldn’t go back to the restaurant and complain to them. To make matters worse, I had a bad experience the last time I ate lettuce, so I could not risk eating the lettuce on the sandwich. Since the lettuce touched other parts of the sandwich and could have contaminated them, I had to throw the entire thing into the rubbish. Might be just today but says it’s open on Google, hours 5:30-9 but is not open yet. We can hear and see a bit of movement behind the boarder but no one addressed the line yet. The time now being 6:10. A different flight attendant went closer to the boarder and asked for an estimate time to open and was given the time 6:20. It’s a bit inconvenient for us flight crew who want to grab something nice and reliable to eat before our flights. Sadly a few had to leave to be on time for their flights. It’s now 6:23 and we are still waiting. They decided to open at 6:30 an hour past their scheduled opening.
