My son and I were waiting the line before the restaurant is closed. They served three more people after us. The foods are almost empty and the servers were trying to sell the all food to all people in line but it looked like not enough for all of us. Two guys in front of us ordered Teriyaki and Orange chicken, the server gave them a plenty amount and we ordered same teriyaki but half of their portion. She actually tried cut the piece of chicken and she looked at a guy behind us seemed disappointed and asked " do you want teriyaki too?" And she took our chicken piece back to the serving pot. She just gave us small portion to serve a guy after us. They charged full price and no receipt and no fortune cookie which was supposed to be served with our meal. When we came to our waiting area for my flight, two guys in front of us were eating at waiting area but they got 4 fortune cookies and even served with teriyaki sauce. If you don't provide the standard quality of food or/service please let us know and don't charge the full price of food and service that the price I paid includes. Read moreI was super excited about going to Panda Express! Since I moved away, I've been craving it a lot. So I was very happy that I could have it at the airport! The employees said it opened at eight am, as did Google maps. I was there at 7:50, and waited. At 8 am I opened the gate and went in and waited. There was a long line of people behind me. They were still cooking, and the woman who was showing the employees how to make the food never acknowledged anyone. Finally after several minutes, several of us left. That's when she snapped, "We're not open yet!" She pointed at me and said, "She opened the line, not me!" I was angry then myself, and told that we were told it opened at eight. The thing is, I would have waited another ten minutes, gladly, if some customer service had been delivered. A simple, "I'm sorry folks, we're running behind", or an "I'm sorry for your wait" would have gone a long ways. I will not be stopping here again! I requested orange chicken and with an attitude she said we don't have no orange chicken we about to close what you see is what we have... I was like okay then this instead... then when I went to eat my food the chow Mei was burnt and Knowing that she will give me an attitude I went to the guy in the register who politely went to change it.
